I came in very late at night and honestly had no idea what I wanted. Floyd was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient, never rushed me, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I just pulled up to the window, I was really hungry on my way to work because I go to school full-time. The person at the window saw me pull up to the menu and walked away. I sat there for five minutes, waiting for them nobody answered. This place has really went downhill. I can’t believe how mad I was because of it. I wanted to buy the ghost burger combo. If you have a corporate number or something to reimburse me for my experience, I’d really appreciate that. There’s only one person here who really gives great service and it’s the old man that’s been there for 25 or 30 years or something. I can’t remember his name right now. Whoever has the red BMW outside. They legitimately saw me and decided to not help which is wild honestly. I have 1.3 million views on my reviews. I hope people would highly consider this review when they go here to this place.

I actually didn’t use it , after the red haired, angry women warned me off I left without paying.
I think a lot of people ” don’t come back ” all on their own . The restaurant is usually empty.

I’m rating 4 stars because my order was wrong but overall the food was really great even though it wasn’t the right order that I received! Whoever took my order, didn’t put what I asked for! I asked for a SINGLE EL DIABLO COMBO but instead I received a SINGLE GUACAMOLE BACON
BURGER COMBO and didn’t realize it until I already left! Even though I didn’t get exactly what I asked for the food was still good! Next time I come back, I will make sure to recheck the order and make sure that I get charged for the right order!

Best service we have ever had a Carl’s Junior. The woman who took our order got our food even packaged our one to go order for us without asking. The tables were even clean. I wish I remember her name but your lucky to have her!
