I don’t expect much from a Carl’s Jr. and was underwhelmed by this location. Food was ok but slow. It should have been better prepared and faster. Restaurant is understaffed, even for the three customers inside and a few cars in the drive-through. Customer parking on the lobby side of the building was full; odd with an almost empty lobby.

The first one’s supposed to be Angus burger I was told by the cashier that doesn’t come with lettuce or tomatoes just meat I had to literally ask for cheese lettuce and tomato the second one is supposed to be a double western bacon burger needless to say I didn’t bother asking for the lettuce tomatoes on that one because I don’t want to make him upset because who knows what they’re doing back there. End the cashier didn’t even wash his hands when he came out of the bathroom I made it a point to see if he would this is the worst location ever. Take my word for it and I never leave bad reviews.

Man, the Cali XL, for six bucks, ($5.99) go get one, or two, you’ll love it. This location has a really great staff, they make you feel welcome and feed you well. It’s usually calm always neat and clean, BTW great fries too.

I had a great experience at this Carl’s Jr. The young man who waited on me and presented my order was fantastic. I wish I knew his name, but he was working here on Sunday the 26th at 8:00 p.m. One of the best restaurant employees I’ve ever interacted with.

Above and beyond excellent service! Thank you! I ordered the Angus beef hamburger and an employee came to the order window to confirm that I did not want ketchup mustard nor pickles, only Mayo. Very good service. My food was fresh and delicious.

I have to give this place credit. I go here semi regularly because it’s close by. The staff has been amazing and shockingly polite. Food is hot and fresh every time. I did have to wait a few minutes for fresh tenders today .. something I’m happy to do as it’s worth the couple min wait. Those tenders were fresh out of the fryer, hot, crispy and just exactly what I was craving this morning. Their efforts are noted and appreciated.

Ordered online and used this location because the one I’m used to (Chelton & Academy, which has excellent service and is reliable, despite its dingy atmosphere) was temporarily closed. What we got was not what we ordered: we were shorted on chickstars, given the wrong dips, and offered a lemonade or a fountain drink as a substitute for a milkshake because they were out of milk. To top that all off, all the food was barely lukewarm.

We go to Carl’s Jr. almost every Sunday evening and Hassan is the best person that waits on us every time we go. He is so professional but very friendly and always has a great smile to greet us. I have never experienced that at any drive through restaurant and he does it with such great enthusiasm. This young man definitely deserves recognition for his excellent performance. Thank you .

Went through the drive-through twice To fix an order this store can’t even get orders right or their employees don’t even know their own menu. I was absolutely disappointed with the food and service and then when I went inside to get it corrected, I felt like I was talking to a bunch of teenagers that didn’t know even what their job was very disappointed in this location. I will be going back to the Carl’s Jr. on South Circle.

The cashier, I believe was the evening manager as well. He did pull me to wait a few minutes, which is fine if the food is fresh and hot, which it was. He was very polite, and brought the food promptly. Thank you!
