This afternoon, 7/29/25 was the second time my husband & I ate at this location. The first time was ok, but this time was terrible. The service here was awful. Especially the attitude & language from the guy in the kitchen area with the yellow hat. From the time we walked in, he was cussing & complaining about everything. Complaining about customers coming in & saying he wasn’t going to be able to get anything done. Like customers aren’t supposed to come in for food?! I asked for chicken fingers in which the young man taking my order asked the guy with the yellow hat if the chicken station was set up. Mind you, it was just before 7 PM. The guy said no so the young man told me that it would be a wait for chicken fingers because they have to be hand breaded. I asked for a chicken sandwich to which I was told also had to be hand breaded. No specific time frame was given for the wait like they just didn’t even want to try to get any chicken ready. I opted for a grilled chicken sandwich & waffle fries. When we got our food, the waffle fries weren’t fully cooked. The flies here were everywhere & very annoying. Between the flies & the very loud & obnoxious music, cussing, & complaining coming from the kitchen, we couldn’t even actually enjoy our meal. Safe to say, we will avoid this restaurant from now on.

Came in today at about 2am for a late night snack which is typical from time to time as I work late. Pulled up and asked for me and my girlfriends usual order. We wanted a Diablo burger which she said okay to, then an order of fries and a frozen lemonade. She said the lemonades weren’t available. Thats fine, how about a coke. Said theres no coke available either. I settled on sprite. Then I asked for a side of onion rings. She said they were out. Ok well then chicken tenders, out of those too . Then my girlfriend decides she would just like a housemade lemonade since they dont have anything else she wants. We get one every time and theyve never been not available. But it wasnt available. Basically anything that requires frying they’re supposedly out of. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and not assume she was just being lazy. But then we pull up to the window and see the frozen lemonades mixing right next to the window and the machines are on. And so now I’m guessing that she doesnt wanna put in an effort since its a night shift. I get handed my sprite which was supposed to be a large because it was a large combo, which the reciept shows i was charged for. I mentioned this and she pretended not to hear me. So yeah not happy about my trip this time around. I dont typically encounter problems here so this was disappointing.

This Carl’s Jr. had the best egg & cheese biscuit I’ve ever had, and I know egg & cheese biscuits. The girl there in the morning was pretty nice, too. Brought my order straight to me.

We go through Brush at least once a month when we travel and have always went to the Carls Jr’s and every single time it has been a disappointment. The order is always wrong, the charge is always wrong, we ALWAYS have to go back inside to get the correct order and the staff is never kind. And unless you get chicken tenders or stars, it’s yucky. We will be doing something different from this point forward.

Ordered a 3 pc tenders meal. 2 of my 3 tenders were completely breading and contained no chicken. Brought the box full of broken breading to them.
They fried me up a new batch that actually contained chicken this time.

I ordered food while passing through and they were the sweetest and kindest people I have encountered in a long time in Fast Food Service. The gentleman with the ponytail went above and beyond with a smile on his face. I wish I lived in the area because I would come here just for that service. They even wrote my name on my order since this is in a gas station and kept it under the warmer until I was able to get it. The burger was fresh, the poppers were fresh and all around it was the best Carls Jr I have had in a long time. Thanks again!

Hot food service was good dining room was clean but they kept it so cold that you froze eating your meal that’s the only draw back and it was winter when we were there.

Stopped in at the Love’s for some fuel and decided to get a quick bite at Carl’s Jr., restaurant was very clean and service was fast.. food was fresh and hot.. the 6 piece jalapeno poppers were freshly made and quite good.. they went great with the ranch dressing and Coke.. they also had some kick.. very good.. I would have got the nine-piece had I known they were so good..

Ordered their new chili, Charles burger where it supposed to be a whole green chili this is what I got and the one slice of lettuce was completely wilted very unhappy. Very disgusted. Didn’t even want to go and get a new one because of how sad this was.
