I got a western bacon cheeseburger 2 times this week while I was staying there at Loves. Both times, the burgers were taken off of a food warmer instead of making fresh. I’d be happy to wait 5 more minutes for a fresh made sandwich. The young man that was working the counter actually came out and mopped about 20 feet of floor while my burger was sitting wrapped and ready to serve. I realize it’s difficult to find good help these days. People working there don’t appear to be happy in their work, which passes down to the customer.

I ordered a double California classic at 10:12 AM and I didn’t receive it until 10:23. Better luck at subway next door. Food made in 3 minutes, and your out the door.

Just go into the convenience store, you’ll get better food. I’m certain that their burgers are cooked in a microwave. So gross!!! And a shady place at best. If McDonald’s posted up next to them it would put them out of business in 6 months (DID YOU HEAR THAT MCDONALD’S?). The food is absolutely toxic at this place… keep driving!

They took forever to make the food over 10 min. Then proceeded to mess up the order. When asked to resolve the issue they proceeded to try and switch food that was already handed to another customer. I have worked in fast food and this is breaking the sanitation rules along with even getting a refund took almost 20 min

Place has been good. Close to my work. Always great employees as well. Always nice… feels like Cheers. They all know my order and when it’s different they make sure it’s not a mistake on their part.

Ordered 6 meals, they forgot 1 of my fries. All of the fries I got were old, same with the burgers. The guy at the drive-thru had a bad attitude, clearly shouldn’t be working customer service.
