BURGASM: One of the most insanely perfect burger meal eating experiences of my life
Fries: CRISPY, perfectly salted. Hot to the touch but warm enough to eat and perfectly thick. They were slimmer than most other places but they figured out the formula
Soda: Coke Zero, small cup but they put the perfect amount of ice to where it was still nice and cold, but I also did not finish it with three big sips. It lasted a while and it was not flat.
Burger: double Big Carl charbroiled fresh off the grill, not too much sauce and not too little, the amount of vegetables they put on it was not overwhelmingly powerful (like how onions can be sometimes) the cheese was melted perfectly

We will never go to Carl’s Jr again! The manager and her workers were discriminating against a lady that had a disability. She went in and asked if they were hiring and they said no not at this time and we’re making comments as she was walking out and leaving the restaurant how slow she was that’s what they were commenting on that was not professional or respectful to the lady whoever is the corporate manager of that restaurant you need to look at all your workers there. At least that lady took the time out of her life to try to apply for a job. Sad to see how this restaurant is…. Not professional at all when you’re trying a new restaurant. To see a manager be so disrespectful….

I was most disappointed that the girl did not know about under four dollars one chicken sandwich and a cake. I understand what she was saying was the mix and match for breakfast OK it worked out in the end but they should know their menu and I’m most disappointed because you guys don’t have the iced coffee anymore what a total shock.

I always ask for no sauce and add cheese, but they rarely ever get it right. When it gets messed up I can never get in touch with the restaurant to get a refund. This has happened multiple times but this time I felt enough is enough. With the price of gas, I cannot go back to the location. I never eat the food when they add sauce because it makes me sick and my heart starts to race because I don’t know what that sauce is. It’s very upsetting, plus no cheese! I feel as though my family is being SCAMMED because we do not get what we pay for and then the restaurant refuses to answer their phone to help refund me. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past few months. Disgusting. It looks like someone you-know-nutted into my food.

Went through the drive thru and got my order only a minute after paying with no line which seemed great. Got home (5 minutes away) to realize they were so fast because the burger had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. It was warm, but the bun was stale and getting hard, burger patties were super dry, and the bacon wasn’t crispy just some limp squishy bacon. The fries were like you forgot them in the bottom of the bag only to discover them the next day.

Your burger is so greasy and you container so flimsy that half my $20 order this morning is now in the floorboards of my car….. If its that terrible, then use a warp, not a box. Now I’m late for work, I have food stains ALL over my clothes and my car, and I pretty much hate Carl’s Jr. now. Thank you.

I had a great experience today. Alma /Janet provided fantastic customer service and quality fast food. The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was hot and tasty, was delivered timely, at a competitive price! I greatly appreciated the first class service by Alma / Janet at Carls Jr… Thank You!

Very disappointing to find out the angus burger is being phased out. The standard patties are overcooked and flavorless. Last several app orders were not made correctly. Without the ability to offer a better burger, no need to eat at Carl’s anymore. I’d gladly pay more for a better burger, but that is not an option anymore.

Sad went through drive-thru to get mygrandbaby a happy meal. When the cashier opened the window he handed me my food and was laughing, I didn’t think nothing of it. When my grand daughter took a bite she made a face, I said what’s wrong? She says it’s sour so I look inside.
