I had a good experience here. My food is made fresh, which is nice. I wanted to try the fried Zucchini at another location but they were out of them. This location told me they would hook me up. I love Carls Jr, the food is great.

Been to this location a few times now.
Never seen it get very busy. Some of staff are really great, but generally everyone is polite and professional.
My food is always made fresh and tastes as expected.
My only issue, if you could call it that, is this location does not accept the Carl’s Junior App yet.

I love Calr’s Jr. burgers at this location. I visited several time here. My burgers are always warm never cold. Waiting time about 5min. Only downside was you can’t use car’s Jr app ( pre-order, use a code ,get a point..etc) other than that all good.

Well I’ll tell you I went to this place last night around 9p. The little gal that waited on us was spectacular. I am very pleased with her. The food on the other hand was horrible to say the best and I usually don’t give a bad review but I have to tell you something I took my bride on a little finish update night and she had never been to Carl’s before. I don’t think she’ll be back.
I ordered a double cheeseburger plane with super crispy fries she ordered a small single burger probably the kids size and both of them were old and mine had the taste of chemical from the grill and the fries were underdone everything was old It was not fresh food. I told her the experience I had in Hudson Colorado was superior to this and the food was always fresh and spot on but not this store.
That person had left their shift and I went up to get some salt because there was none on display and the person started railing against me about not having the salt out there and I’m like dude, I’m not here to argue with you lady Just give me a couple of things of salt.
I don’t know y’all. I am totally disappointed in this place. It may be a year or two before I ever try it again because I know they’re new and they need to get their culture but when a burger that you pay for two is around $25 and their garbage? Well I just don’t think so. I’ll definitely be getting a hold of corporate the day after New Year’s and letting them know that they have four back of house staff, chemical in their food, dried out and old burger and the bun was dried out and the fries were mealy.
Sorry guys but I know you’re new and you need to raise your game overnight. You guys need to start going out to Hudson and practice in with them and take care of your people. I know you’re a 24-hour store but fresh food is a fresh food no matter when you get it.
When I got done with this I had to come home and totally get another food to get rid of the taste brush my teeth and everything because I couldn’t get over it. And based on how the staff was, not the person who helped me but the rest of them including the shift manager, I knew that it would fall on deaf ears.
At this point in time I give it a flat zero and the only reason you got one star is for the one gal The rest of the service food and whatnot is not worthy of Carl’s Jr at this point in time.
Raise your game people! No excuses for bad service and bad food none at all.

$15 for a meal is just pure extortion. Look at your ratings, and you think you deserve that? Or is it you just hope people dont have another choice. The food isn’t good. Terrible. Close down.
Maybe if you lowered your prices the restaurant wouldn’t be constantly empty.

I ordered a couple burgers and had to turn around to ask for a refund or made new. They Made one new and gave me one of the old cold burgers back. HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE. Eat at your own risk. Burgers are served cold.
