I waited for 15 minutes for a mobile order I put in 5-10 minutes prior.
Got stuck behind a car in the drive thru for 10 minutes and when I pulled up I was told to go around to the front park and wait. Ridiculous
10 mins to get it. I’m ok with. However for it to come like water and no flavor with NO sausage. Manager did give a free sausage to try to add to it, only to find out my biscuit was rock hard as well. I’m sorry but today you let me down. No more breakfast from here for me.

Really people should do their job. I’ve worked as a chef for many years and I will only takes you doing your job to make someone’s meal pleasant, not going above and beyond your job. From a person who tolerates allot this is unacceptable.
