Went to Carl’s Jr on 7/12/24.. Drive through. Awesome guy at the drive through window! I even told him what great customer service and attitude he had 🙂 Ordered chicken strips and onion rings. Brought the food home. Chicken was not very fresh. It is usually really good. BUT the onion rings…. I ate a few and was 3/4 to the bottom AND FOUND AN ONION RING THAT WAS NOT IN ONE PIECE WITH KETCHUP ALREADY ON IT AND I DID NOT HAVE KETCHUP WITH MY RINGS! How did that happen? A used onion ring? Feeling not so good after I found this!

Stopped in for a bit to eat. We had been traveling a long way, especially in that Denver traffic. Aways, the service was great, I did order my burger without onion and tomato’s but still got onions and no pickles. I am glad I don’t mind the taste of onions because I just picked them off. My son enjoyed his food, and this was the first time he ate there. The place was really clean as well.

I always love coming to this specific location because, they are always so kind! The employee Carolina always has great attitude and she is very good at her job. One time I didn’t understand how the app worked and she helped me solve all the doubts I had. She is an amazing worker and is very nice to you. Be nice to fast food employees and don’t yell at them and they will be very nice to you!! Thank you again to Carolina and this amazing staff at this Location, I will always be back!!

Terrible customer service. Went in tonight had my order taken my Lesly and when I got to the window she looked out saw me and rolled her eyes, she had someone else (very nice guy) come charge me and give me my order I asked him why she did that and he just said she told him to charge me and give me my food. If you’re so unhappy and are going to be rolling you eyes at PAYING CUSTOMERS who have not done anything to you why even work customer service.

Went through drive thru around 1:30 or so and ordered 2 California classic doubles, I ended up with 1 single California and a single regular cheeseburger I told the girl that isn’t what I ordered and that I had ordered them doubles. She was rude and took them back but with the attitude she gave me I did not doubt she would do something to my food, I went inside and asked to have them remade so I could see nothing was done to my food. I love Carl’s Jr I have had it for many years, but I will not be back and have to deal with that girl Carolina ever again. I’ve seen a lot of workers throughout all these years and I would admire the way they treated customers but not this time. Worst costumer service, very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job why be there. Unbelievable.

The staff here is amazing ! Carolina in particular has great customer service, I love that’s she’s so sweet and attentive. remember if you’re nice to the employees they will be nice to you 🙂 !! awesome spot will definitely be back.
