This has gotten really bad recently. I placed an order, yes it was special, but the staff basically just made what they wanted…if I ever planned to go back, I’d return it. But this is not the first time the staff has completely ignored what I ordered. If I wanted bacon and Swiss, I would have ordered it. Chicken wasn’t even cooked through. Threw most of it away. Time to clean house. So on February 17, 2026, at 12:30, that staff is awful. Last time for me. I’ll go next door from now on.

The place looks amazing!! I live right down the street and used to come every day. The changes are drastic. Cleaner lobby making it more welcoming. Faster drive thru service. I really fantastic.

The food was tasty. My problem is that the big sign on the window makes it look like there’s this great offer of a hamburger, fries or onion rings and a drink for a great price. It’s very misleading. When we got inside and ordered we were very surprised to see that the great price included only the hamburgers and the fries and drinks were extra. They can’t possibly think that their signs are not misleading. Hang on to your pocketbook!

Just went through drive through and I don’t think a single one of our meals was right. No sauces on the burger order was full of sauces. A basic burger had jalapenos on it that weren’t supposed to be there. Spicy chicken without tomato definitely had tomato. My coke had no syrup in it. Tried calling and I’m pretty sure the line is disconnected. Disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

My husband and I have stopped here several times over the last 10 years. It was the cleanest and well run I’ve ever seen. Kudos to the new manager!!!
