I had a really great experience at this fast food restaurant! From the moment I walked in, you could tell the place was well-run. The management does an excellent job leading the team — everything flows smoothly, even during busy hours. Orders were accurate, food came out quickly, and the staff worked together efficiently without any confusion or chaos.
It’s clear that management sets high standards. The employees were professional, friendly, and attentive, which reflects strong leadership and good training. You can tell the manager is present, supportive, and organized because the team seems confident and motivated. Even when the line picked up, everyone stayed calm and focused.
The restaurant itself was clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Tables were wiped down promptly, and the overall environment felt welcoming. Great management truly makes a difference, and it shows here. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to others!

Stopped by Carl’s Jr. and had a great experience thanks to Cindy. Her customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, patient, and made sure our order was right. It’s always nice to see someone who actually cares about the customers and takes pride in their work. Cindy definitely made the visit better. Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her on the team.

I’ve came to this Carls Jr a few times. But Nick has taken my order twice and he stands out from the rest. He has great customer service. Honestly come for the service more now than for the food even tho I do like the food. But I appreciate the customer service keep it up Nick god bless you.

Hands down one of the best experiences at Carl’s Jr.! You can truly see the GM (Cynthia) and crew working together flawlessly — the teamwork is impressive and it shows in the fast service, friendly atmosphere, and consistently great food. Everyone moves like a well-oiled machine. Amazing team effort, fresh hot meals, and top-tier customer service every visit. Highly recommend!

I show up at the drive thru put in my order pull up to get my order as she hand me my order, I then kindly ask the girl if I can get two packages of ketchup and a ranch. She then proceeded to tell me there was already ketchup in the bag and that its .38 cents for a ranch. I say ok thats fine never mind I paid with debit and didn’t have change so me thinking it would be ridiculous to charge $.38 on my debit card leave it alone. I get home and to my surprise there is NOT even 1 packet of ketchup in the bag. First off, the girl was acting like the cost of their ketchup and ranch comes out her paycheck. If I’m paying for my order, I should at least be able to get ONE packet of ketchup at minimum. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous I was asking for 2 packets of ketchup for an order of regular fries. I would’ve been satisfied with one packet! That is absolutely ridiculous as a paying customer that’s unacceptable. I’ll take the loss for the ranch that is fine, but ketchup?! I rarely ever eat there and now I won’t go back!

I was very disappointed to get home and find that our order was poorly made. The burger was nothing like the advertised picture woth small patties smashed with skippy lettuce and buns, the onion rings were burn, and the poppers were umder cooked like eating batter. I really miss Inn&Out.

Double cheeseburger and fries… this is absolutely garbage. Burger bun is crusty and dry, burger meat is dry, cheese is obviously an hour old and hard, fries are cold and gummy and apparently all broken like it’s all crumbs. $20 for lunch and it’s absolutely garbage. I would be embarrassed if I were you, this is pathetic. 0/5, I’ll never spend another dime here and I hope nobody else will either.

The least efficient drive through. Takes a loooong time to get anything here, even the simplest order and it’s like this every single time I’ve been here. And ALWAYS check your order because there’s a high chance it’s not right. Stay away.
