Stay away from this place, it’s only gone from bad to worse. This food never seems to ever go down well and have decided to give them a shot more than a couple times to see if they get better. Guacamole Bacon Burger, with RAW Bacon! Ate only a couple bites of the Diablo burger which was given with stale fries even after ordering fresh ones. They also seemed to have given me someone else’s order which at that point was extra food which we were clearly we not going to consume. Regional Management needs to get this place checked out as well as Health Dept. Now I know why this place is usually dead

They truly should invest in better employees. The young man that was working there had the worst attitude I’ve seen in El Paso. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese and when I received it, there was cheese on it. I am very specific about asking for my food without cheese because I absolutely hate it. I take it back and he tells me that I ordered sausage with no cheese. But somehow the egg made it. That was how I know he had no idea what I ordered because he didn’t listen which is pretty common in this city. Then when he corrected the order, I got my food and it had cheese all around the bottom of the biscuit. It was very apparent that they just peeled the cheese off leaving remnants of cheese all over the food. I just took it back and got a refund. Every time I said thank you (even through my frustration) his response was “yea.” He was extremely rude and should not work in customer service.

Kinda disappointed. We do not have Carl’s Jr. In Louisiana, so I was so looking forward to a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and fried zucchini. Arrived around 11 am after ordering on the app. Was told when I drove up to drive thru that the fryers had to be reset and it would be a few minutes. Told them I would drive around and park. About 10 minutes later food was brought out. The worker was very nice. The zucchini was hot and fresh but the burger was cold and dry. There was hardly any BBQ sauce on the sandwich. Everything should have been hot and fresh.

30 min for a burger and chicken stars is in a fast food drive thru with two cars in front of you… I ordered a strawberry shake at the window and I get handed a shake dripping with strawberry syrup and whip cream.

I came in late at 10ish to eat here for the first time and found the restaurant clean and the staff at the counter were very polite. I needed help navigating the menu cuz I didnt know what went into the sandwiches but the guy at the register (thanks Adam ) was really helpful

Soooooo SLOOOOW!!!!! If I wanted to go inside and waste 30 minutes I would have… the whole point of FAST FOOD, is convenience not waiting in line forever in the drive thru and im the ONLY customer. No excuses you SUCK!!!!! Get your stuff together this is ridiculous!!!

Pulled up to drive through and could hear a bunch of kids yelling in the back. No one ever took my order after 10 minutes waiting and saying hello. Pulled up to the window to try my order no one ever came. Just left.

Suuuper slow service, its supposed to be fast food, its been 14 minutes and I am still waiting for my order on the drive-thru(there are 4 cars ahed of me only), go someplace else, it sucks being hungry and still have to wait a lot for your food.

Carls Jr is still my favorite fast food restaurant!! They have the greatest selection of burgers/sandwiches of all fast food places. I also like the grilled taste of their patties/meat. There is something for everyone on their menu! You can’t go wrong! 🙂
