Everytime I’ve came here I’ve never gotten a receipt, even when I came for a week straight each day not once did I receive my receipt, I hope they aren’t being kept to redeem my points I could of been accumulating in the app
Update, as I suspected a week later I started asking for receipts after they would forget to give me my receipts, after I attempted to redeem it had showed it has already been redeemed, I been coming everyday almost for 3 weeks straight and have only received 2 receipts, you know how many points I could have redeemed? Not right very unprofessional

Absolute worst experience! all of the workers don’t seem like they want to be there horrible customer service and I spent half of my lunch break waiting for one burger. I will definitely not be coming back do yourselves a favor and drive down airport for another place you’ll probably still get your food quicker and with better service

I got a Western cheese burger, and the onion rings were nice and crunchy, and the bacon was bacony. 10/10 would recommend. The staff also welcomed me when i came in, was a little freaked out at first, but they are very nice people.

Today very early in the morning leaving work I stopped to buy 5 hamburgers and I don’t know if it was the Schedule oh … simply that the boy (Derek), did not feel like serving customers because from my arrival until finishing the purchase it was unpleasant and even when he gave me the hamburgers due to the weight the bag broke and the hamburgers fell to the floor and the boy didn’t even apologize oh just change the burgers for others nothing like that I continue working and close the window. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!.

I’ve only use the drive thru but the service is great. I had lost hope of ever getting friendly, polite, fast customer service at a fast food drive thru. But the employees at this Carl’s Jr. are polite fast and professional. Even with an altered order I didn’t get an annoyed response. And the burgers are very good.

What’s going on here Carls Jr. Just order your $10 single “Black Angus” burger and this is what I got. This was supposed to be a “thick Pattie” according to your cashier. All I got was a burnt single Pattie no bigger than the ones from McDonalds. I’m not the type to complain but for $10 for just the burger cmon. I was in a hurry on my lunch break so could not address this in person. This is robbery and just plain false advertisement as well as negligence.
