They don’t use the Carl’s Jr app. Their deals are through the Pilot app and completely different from the Carl’s Jr offers. The cashier looked to management to tell me they don’t use the app, then couldn’t tell me how to find the deals on the Love’s app. I left to try to figure it out on my own, was disappointed, and didn’t purchase anything.

I’m from Lubbock but I have to come to Hereford every so often and when I do it’s a must that I have to come to Carl’s Jr’s. I can’t talk enough about how great their menu is and how amazing their burgers are. This location in Hereford is doing it right too. They are always fast with the order and always so nice and the establishment is always clean and looks great. This past visit my daughter and I got the Diablo burger and it was sooooo good. The right amout of spice and heat and the taste was amazing. If you’re passing through and want to change it up or if you’ve never had Carl’s Jr’s before then I highly recommend you stop by this location. You can’t miss…you’ll thank me later!

The Good: The cashier was friendly and the restaurant looked mostly clean.
The bad: I ordered two sourdough burgers. The cashier first had to verify they have that, which they did. Then I asked about toppings and there was no mention of tomato and lettuce, so I asked to add lettuce. After a few minutes I received my burgers and got down the road.
When I unwrapped my burgers, I was greeted with two large tomato slices on each. Okay, no biggie. I took them off and started eating my burger.
I then noticed that one bun was toasted while the other was a bit soggy, cold, buttery and not toasted at all. The second burger was more of the same.
I get that mistakes happen, but when mistakes are made at every step of the process, that’s a training issue. Management, please get this store straightened out.

Gotten about 5 orders here and out of the 5 1 wasn’t messed up and I decided to get the chocolate shake and it’s only half a cup and pressed with whip cream to make it look like a full cup getting cheated
