The service was efficient and friendly. The burgers were pretty good for fast food these days. The only complaint on the food end is the drinks. The tea was terrible and the fountain drinks tasted like sulphur. Not their fault since it seems like the city water is just horrible. The restaurant was clean and they are quick to come out to clean the tables when someone would leave.

This was my kids first time eating Carl’s Jr and they loved it!! We were in town for a football game and decided to grab something to eat before. The food was hot and fresh and the service was really nice. Will definitely stop back whenever in town.

Giving Carls another try after an issue and resolved call from the manager and all of a sudden you can only order cinnamon raisins biscuits in the morning?!? Why never a problem before. We drive from out of town to stop at Atwoods to load up on feed. I look forward to getting Carls Jr. We always come in the afternoon and always order two meals and biscuits and all of a sudden we can’t anymore. So very disappointed again.

I ordered online and expected to have exactly what I ordered, but unfortunately, they got everything right except the burger. I ordered a California Classic Double Combo burger, and when I got home and opened the bag, a tiny burger was inside, and it was a single patty instead of two. Annoyed, I didn’t want to make a fuss, but I was completely let down by the awful taste of the burger. So, I am ticked that I ordered a double-patty burger and instead got a single patty.

Can’t pass up the opportunity for Carl’s Jr when we’re in Oklahoma. This location was clean, easy to get to, and the food was hot, fresh, and JUST LIKE IT’S PICTURED. Unlike other chains .

This location is just off state highway 287, in Wichita Falls. TX. First, let me say the service and courtesy of the two women working the front counter were exceptional. They were attentive and thoughtful. The food was prepared as we ordered and was made hot and fresh. Their speedy service was surprising. And appreciated. We stopped at 11 am, but possibly not their rush hour, yet.
The dining area was clean and clutter free.
I want to note here that one employee went above and beyond, I believe her name was April. She helped a disabled gentleman with his tray of food and also helping him to adjust his chair and walker. She was polite and gentle when talking with him. Excellent and heartwarming to see kindness of employees! Both front counter women were pleasant and kind!
The restrooms were clean, tidy, and smelled clean.
It was a very cold day and the dining room was a tad bit on the cool side, other than that, we had a grand experience dining at this Carl’s Jr .

I’ve came here a couple times already – with just my husband and with all my kids. Every time I come – the food is delicious, hot and they have great attentive employees! Highly recommend this place. The inside is nice and clean and I love the fact that it’s not packed so more plus for me.
