As far as the food and the experience, is what you’d typically expect at Carl’s Jr. The food is prepared exactly as you would hope. The dining room is clean enough. And the staff are as helpful as you’d want them to be, representing this franchise.
Where this place loses 1 star, at least, is from the location and what comes with it. This is one of the worst geographical areas in Wichita Falls, due to homelessness, substance abuse, and everything that comes with it. Even though the staff and management try their hardest to deter transients and other types of similar peoples, there’s still a big problem, making the dining-in experience NOT family-friendly, and more often than not, not safe even for able adults. They have locked the bathrooms to prevent non-customers from freely coming in to use the restrooms, but it’s still a problem unfortunately. It’s something that won’t go away any time soon, in the 15 mile radius.
If you have a Carl’s Jr craving and wish to dine in, you’re better off driving an extra 2 miles and to you the North location, where these issues are lesser – not non-existent, but much fewer frequencies.

Even though this restaurant isn’t located in the best place, the manager has taken pride in having the inside decorated for Christmas, the place is clean and the food was excellent. Great job. We love stopping at Carl’s Jr. The people are always the nicest and we always have a pleasant conversation while ordering.

We got dinner for the family tonight, decided to give this location a try. Best choice! Food was fresh and hot. The service was great. For our big order the wait time was decent but not long at all. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

I have been to this store in the past and it was lacking quality food at a clean place to sit down and enjoy a meal. However, I was wanting a big juicy carls burger and decided to give it a chance by going inside and ordering. I’m not sure what changes they have made but I was really pleased with the service and friendly and clean atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. Good job Carl’s Jr!

Denise times we’re fast food might as well be called quick bankruptcy, Carl’s still has a decent burger with rings of real onion for under $5. But it’s this location is extremely friendly staff is getting more rare anywhere you go these days but I guaranteed I will be back. Prior to this I haven’t had fast food burger place in probably five years. It was just a totally enjoyable experience and I recommend it above other fast food chains.

I had an amazing experience at the Carl’s Jr. Wichita location, and I want to give special recognition to Earl, the cashier, and Chance, the line cook. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional.
My burger and fries were made hot, fresh, and with genuine care you can truly taste the difference when food is prepared with pride. Earl provided excellent customer service: friendly, respectful, and efficient. Chance did an outstanding job in the kitchen, making sure everything was cooked perfectly and served promptly.
These two are truly the face of Carl’s Jr. They represent the brand with excellence, work ethic, and consistency. Employees like Earl and Chance deserve recognition and honestly, a raise because they elevate the entire customer experience.

I’m kind of harsh on fast food restaurants period because I know the food is not healthy play Carl’s Jr has some very yummy hamburgers they aren’t as generic as McDonald’s. And they are large burgers compared to others even though they’re $6 Burger kind of went down the hill

Had the burger with jalapeno poppers & jalapeno peppers with some special sauce. Was great. Will have it again soon. Waffle fries we’re hot and fresh.

I cant answer about the atmosphere, Inalwaus go through the drive thru. The last time we got breakfast, my sons sausage egg and cheese biscuit (te biscuit) was a ❤. Top and bottom… we were so shocked!!
