I took meal combo Famous Cheeseburger with M fries and M Diet Coke and everything was delicious we asked for sauces but they were not put in bag. It would be great if you added different kinds of coffee like latte.

I stopped at this Carl’s Jr. last night and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. A young man named P.J. took my order, and he was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and respectful — none of the attitude or frustration you sometimes see in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
Whether he stays in this line of work or moves on to something bigger, he’s definitely going places. He carries himself like someone who will end up in management or succeed in whatever career he chooses.
The rest of the crew was great too — the food was hot, made quickly, and the service was smooth. But P.J. really stood out and deserves recognition. Managers and owners should be proud to have someone like him on their team.
Highly recommend this location.

Order a breakfast platter. Skimped out on food. Went to complain to counter they said order called for one egg. Complained to manager said that the that looks like one egg. Most orders came with two eggs

They made my order incorrect, however made a fresh one quickly without hesitation. The food was really good. The fries were crispy. The chicken tenders had a good flavor. The burger was hot and i loved the charbroiled taste. We went here just to get out of the house, and was not disappointed !

Tried to make a quick stop and they took 5 minutes to come to the speaker at the drive through. Then we pay and they have us pull up and they bring us the wrong food. I open the sandwich and see it’s the wrong one and I’m pretty sure they still gave it to the person who ordered it even though we opened it and touched the sandwich. We wait 5 more minutes, then they came out and brought us more food that wasnt ours. Ended up going in to get our order. Was supposed to be a quick stop and was a 25 minute detour. The food was actually pretty good once we got it. The guac burger was good, but a little spicey. The fries were good. The cheesecake wasn’t bad.

We stopped here on a road trip from Dallas to Arkansas. My wife and I both ordered Big Carl combo meals with crispy fries. Everything was good, but we had to ask for more sauce for the burgers. The store is conveniently in a Love’s truck stop just off the highway. The cashier was very helpful. Good price and good food.

Other than the fact I was left standing at the counter with no one at the till for 8 to 10 minutes. Even though I was in the sight line of at least 4 staff. I was informed by the shift manager after 2 to 3 minutes that she would help me as soon as she could.
There were at least 3 or more people standing around waiting for their food who had already paid and ordered. It also looked like the drive through had several cars as well.
But when you have at least 2 staff walking around in the back of the kitchen doing what looked to be nothing, clueless and unaware of the 5 plus people waiting in line.
Anyway finally got served and was told outright it would be at least 5 minutes before chicken would be ready as they were just prepping the batch to go into the fryer.
Food was hot and fresh as it should be.
Just not sure why the manager didn’t instruct one of the other employees to jump on the til.

The worse service ever! I stood there for 5 mins and started walking out they finally said can I help you. I ordered and they screwed it up also. They are pretty dumb and very lazy
