I want better for my brothers and sisters working in these types of spaces. I understand this is fast food, and I can’t expect restaurant service from a place like this, but common courtesy, respect, and decent service are needed anywhere in order for a business to probably flourish. First time eating at Carl’s Jr., and I can say the food was 4/10. Nothing to do with the restaurant completely, but I asked for no salt on my fries, and it seemed like they just dipped them back in the oil and brought them out. As far as service, I expected more, especially coming from someone who looks just like you. I was very respectful regardless of the fact that the runner brought my food and kind of just put the bag in my face. Before he walked off, I asked if it comes with any sauce. He said no. I asked if they have ketchup. He sighed and said they were out. Then I politely asked if they had ranch. He walked off, and I just said, “Never mind, take care.” Everyone has a choice in this world, and I get sometimes you have to do what you can to take care of your needs, but the world would be a whole lot better if people had a better attitude towards people in any kind of business setting.

I was not very pleased with the attitude the workers had. It was like in was interrupting them. The tea on the floor wasn’t even made right. They were backwards, and when I tried to mention, the girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. Now on to the food. My burger is had was very, very disappointing, I had a better burger from McDonald. The fries were fine. Definitely will never go by this place again.

So as a truck driver I went in around 12:30 1:00 a.m. no one was there to be found. I could hear laughing by their freezer. I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes. Nobody came. Got off of work. Was a quick shift around 6:25 a.m. went through drive-thru. Was told to come inside to order. Went inside to order. He told me he’s causing for shift change after I just sat there watching them at the pump before I went through drive-thru having a conversation for a good 10-15 minutes then as I’m leaving this other guy walks up and he starts taking his order what’s the deal with that? It seems like they they hire a lot of lazy people at this location. They make their own hours apparently

Awful food , bun was hard like it was old , the burger patties taste like they were cooked the day before and just reheated ,fries were cold . Spent $20 for terrible food and service. Its a crime to spend this much money get such horrible service and poor food quality. The worse part is they know and dont care and will do nothing to improve it .

Food was cold and expensive. No honey mustard and got my order wrong. Came back the next day just asking for fresh fries with receipt and they said since I didn’t call yesterday they couldn’t do it. I love carls jr so I was expecting better

This Carl’s Jr is not a participating store in the Carl’s Jr app and they have all the advertisements up in the store all of that and just know you’re not going to get your rewards and they would not honor any of the deals from the Carl’s Jr app. I drove all the way over here from Fort Worth because they’ve closed all the Carl’s Juniors around Carl’s Jr is going down.
That said shamika the shift manager and the store manager were very nice.
It is the store owner or franchisee who is not participating in the app and not rewarding any of its customers. And essentially ripping off his or her loyal customers
They even have the sign up saying if you spend $1 and join the app you get a free sandwich don’t count on that because you can’t use that coupon or that offer I asked the manager today since they are not on the app and are not participating.
There are no barcodes on the receipts for you to be able to get any points either.
Location is clean and nice.

This is my very first time trying Carl’s Jr Burger and it did not disappoint. The Bacon Western was flavorful with sauce, onion rings, and of course bacon. Their chicken strips were delicious being crunchy breading on the outside and soft chicken on the inside.

This is located in a truckstop. Staff literally walks up mumbles a greeting i couldn’t understand, and takes my order with zero enthusiasm. Every member of staff is walking around as if they just can’t stand being there. I ordered a big call combo, and the meat was dry had a burnt/old taste to it, and the fries were well past the fresh point. I gave 2 stars strictly for the gold peak tea. Thats it

The Drive-thru has been closed every time I go to this location for close to a year. An employee greets you on the speaker and says you have to come inside to place an order. I’m looking forward to this location closing so a legitimate business can operate in this space. Do us a favor and LEAVE DESOTO!
