I was greeted kindly and politely by staff. Michelle was thorough in taking my order and was not phased by any alterations (due to current medical needs). The food came out fresh and tasty. Hats off to the cook (I think Kevin was his name). I will be returning to this location for future meals.

Went at the lunch time period and most of the crowd was gone. Service was quick and the staff friendly. Food was good, but cooler than I would have preferred. Small crowd eating in, but the drive thru was busy and seemed to be moving without problems. A easy and smooth transition. In and out in a short period of time.

Food is fresh, tasty and delicious no matter wether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner. The staff is nice and greeting. Penny at the Shawnee location stats on top of things at her store. The restaurant is always clean.

Always have loved Carl’s Jr. But they had been off of my radar due in part to veganism, enter the BEYOND BURGER! Yay for the great grilled taste!

It’s a good Carl’s Jr. I ordered the Diablo burger (recommend a single patty). One bite with two tasty fries is a wonderful combination. I loved everything about it until I developed a tummy ache that even Tums couldn’t fix. Eat at your own risk .

When I’m wanting something different but similar to what I normally eat, this is where I go. I don’t visit super often, so my review score could easily fluctuate, but I’ve eaten here enough to leave a review.
I’ve generally enjoyed my food from Carl’s Jr. Their breakfast options are pretty good, their burgers are big and juicy. Definitely give them a try. I tried their loaded burrito recently, and while it was warm and flavorful, the term ‘loaded’ didn’t really suit it. I think mine was missing the hash rounds, there was no crunch to it.
For me, its a good occasional change of pace, but that’s about it. I’ll definitely raise the score after my next visit if the order is correct.

Everytime i order thru doordash the order is either wrong or something is missing. I suggest you hire people that can read!!

there has been the most sweetest lady greeting me at the Drive thru window. I took a peep at her shirt and it was labeled “Shift Lead” . I wish I could have gotten her name because she definitely deserves the recognition:) Literally so kind, and just a very warm personality. I was having a bad night and a small gesture like that really made it a little better.
