I purchased a sandwich. A double burger with jalapeños to be exact my bread was hard to stone the burger undercooked the guy there you can tell that they were maybe highschoolers and they didn’t take their job too serious. There was no way to wrap a sandwich, knowing and filling the bread to be hard in stone and still give it to a customer. I’m a Truck driver and I visit Carl jr more often than typical customers

This was by far the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to. It was around 3 AM and I ordered two BBQ chicken sandwiches. I waited about five minutes before anyone showed up, and when the cashier (a young woman in her 20s) finally came to the counter, she acted like she was doing me a favor. No greeting, no smile, and zero hospitality. I instantly felt unwelcome, but I went ahead and ordered anyway.
While the food was being made, I went to Love’s to grab a coffee and came back after about five minutes. My order still hadn’t even been started. When it was finally ready after another 7–8 minutes, I got the same unfriendly attitude.
I wouldn’t be writing this review if the food had at least been good, but it was honestly the worst burger I’ve ever had. One bite killed my appetite. I’ve had this same sandwich at other Carl’s Jr. locations and it’s usually delicious, but this location managed to ruin it completely. To make it worse, the sandwich was missing the bacon that normally comes with it.
I’ve never written a bad review before, but this was easily my worst experience at any restaurant. I love Carl’s Jr., but I will never return to this location.

Went through drive thru and a gentlemen was very polite and the food was excellent! So far the best carl’s juniors i’ve ever been to. All the employees that were there should get raises.Because of such a good job, they did.You don’t see that much at restaurants anymore.Thumbs up in my book , five stars!

I ordered a frozen lemonade, thinking it would be similar to Chick-fil-A‘s, you know, good. Instead, they give me a disgusting little frozen pink drink that was apparently frozen strawberry lemonade… And when I told them I wanted a frozen lemonade like in the picture, the whole staff looked at me like I was an idiot, saying, “Oh no, that’s the only flavor.” Hmm, little funny because in the picture it shows both flavors and gives them both distinct names… Nothing but bewildered looks, still. I tried to consume this disgusting beverage, which is nothing like Chick-fil-A‘s btw. It’s a grotesque, sugary, frozen concoction entirely unfit for human consumption. While I’m waiting for my food, I took maybe two sips before I got sick to my stomach.
When I bring this fully unconsumed beverage back to the counter to get my food, they greet me with yet another pink lemonade, this time unfrozen. I want neither of these nasty beverages. I explained to them that I would simply like a large fountain drink, which is beneath the price what I paid for the lemonade.
The 17-year-old kid of a manager thinks I’m trying to hustle him or something and argues with me over simply providing me with a large cup, so I could just go get a basic fountain drink, which was less than the price of the frozen drink I ordered. I literally just wanted water to wash the disgusting taste out of my mouth!
Anyway, the drink was gross, the food was gross, and the customer service was absolutely disgusting.

Soda machine is out .. .food is pretty good… cashier was friendly and efficient… place was clean Everyone enjoyed their meals…I had a nibble of the chicken strips…. yummy !Prices were reasonable…

That was the best burger I’ve eaten from a restaurant. I suggest that should be a featured option. I guarantee positive impact. Try it out yourself

I waited 20 minutes for my burger and fries and there was only 1 order before me. They then proceeded to give me a cold burger that was sitting out almost 10 minutes. They may have been short staffed. They seemed nice.

Can’t use the app from Carl’s Jr for free food or points apparently, but advertise it on their cups after you get your food. I’ve never heard of a branded place not using their own app, since you can with McDonalds that are in Love’s, but apparently Love’s has a monopoly. I think they’re making it up just to either not have to do more work, or make more money. Ridiculous.

If I could give it zero stars it would be better than the food & drinks.. The pop had so much CO2 in it that it burned your mouth and throat if you took a drink. My husband said his burger was plain out nasty. The fries was hot to the touch but tasted as though they was not cooked all the way. And was dripping grease off of them.. Needless to say we should have went to Wood Shed..

Great pit stop on I-44! Facilities we’re clean and maintained well. Staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly. I tried the Frisco burger, and it was so good! The jalapeño double cheeseburger was also very tasty. Good burgers for a good price. When we’re driving through, we’ll definitely stop by again.
