Best Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. Service was fast and friendly. The manager was everywhere from taking orders to bagging and even running orders out to the drive through. We are sad this was only a stop on our road trip. Keep up the great work.

Great staff, kind, hot and fresh, never have any issues at this location. HOWEVER the one star I took off is specifically for DEBRA! They are really really rude and impatient with customers, and does not need to be on register. Also, I doubt the shake machine was on, they just didn’t want to make me one. Which I understand but still. Put them on fryers and bring back the other people. Thanks!

Really fed up with this place. I drive all night from south of Houston. Stop here for a shower, fuel and substance. Only one time out of five has my burger and fries been fresh. This time the cheese didn’t even melt. When I turned around with my order everyone dissapeared. Thus place is trash.

“We’re closed for 15mins because of a shift change” this excuse is used all the time at Carls Jr. it’s never 15mins either. Closes at 10:20pm and waiting, it’s now 10:58pm. Still closed.

We were there late, we have stopped here before I intentionally stopped here again solely based on that experience
I am allergic to wheat and exposure can make me sick for 6+ weeks so where I eat is often limited but I LOVE the grilled chicken Swiss bacon club made as a lettuce wrap and they asked us to pull forward which meant a longer wait but my chicken breast seasoned fresh

Food cold , I treated my son to a famous star double burger meal that used to be good.i was bragging on it.very disappointed with our meal. someone brought their kids to work so they were too busy to do the job correctly I’m assuming.fries cold buns hard.

It’s a Carl’s Jr, nothing absolutely spectacular or anything but the food was actually coming out at a steady pace and the place was clean. Both of the women at the counter were pleasantly helping customers and the crew actually appeared to be working to fill orders which is always better than a line clear around the place and half the staff just standing around.
