So I had dinner and breakfast here, dinner had the new cali xl burger and fried zucchini both were cooked to perfection. Breakfast was cooked very good as well. But my French toast sticks was not a full order so I went back the girl that made them said to cashier one had fell to the ground I guess ♂️. She knew exactly what she had done but sent them out to me anyway, when I walked up she knew exactly what my complaint was before I could speak, I guess she expected me to get to my truck and not realize or care. So overall this place is good but I think they have that one employee bringing down the rest of what appears to be a good crew, the cook walked off the job in the middle of breakfast service, maybe French toast girl is the shift lead who is obviously on her own program and killing shift morale

Order the famous star in a fry the famous star bread was so thick it was not toasted the cheese was cold I’ve been eating Carl’s Jr since the 80s and never had this problem I would never return to this store.

Went through the drive through at first then I forgot to say I wanted onion rings so I went in and the people working there were amazing. The lady was totally understanding and instantly got on the onion rings. Even though there were only a few workers they all were in good moods towards the customers

No longer going to this location unfortunately. Always made great food, but their new fish sandwich is rubbery and tastes old, practically inedible. I called up about potentially refunding was told not to bring the receipt or anything else, yet when I went back up there they refused to refund or remake the full order. What a shame.

The food is good and the staff is friendly however they close the drive-through when they get a little busy. This is the third Sunday in a row. I’ve tried to go through the drive-through and they’ve told me it was temporarily closed. I am going to eventually stop trying to eat there.

Trash Trash Trash…. Do not go to this place. I’ve tried it 5 times before I gave a review. Tonight was the last straw. I threw my burger on top of the building lol… that’s how mad i was . I so wish i could find a good Carl’s Jr spot. I love the burgers if made right. Bad management.
