Stopped by this lovely gem of an establishment in Ames, across from N Grand Walmart and I honestly can not say anything other than what a perfect start to our day it was. Not only is the weather perfect for a taco truck stop, but the food is as well. The location is great and everything is very clean and approachable, and so are the staff!! Literally P.E.R.F.E.C.T!!!!

Lucky to have this excellent taco truck on Iowa State campus. I have also gone to their truck at the farmers’ market. I’ve tried breakfast and carnitas burritos, both were excellent. I love the spicy salsa they offer, it gives a nice warm feeling on a chill Fall day.
