Carlo’s Pizza & Pasta is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. I tried their pizza slices and garlic knots—the crust was perfectly crispy, and the knots were soft and flavorful. They also have daily offers, which makes it even better, and plenty of parking space, so it’s really convenient. Friendly service and definitely worth coming back!

A couple days ago I stopped in and had the grandma vodka slice, one of the best slices I have ever had. Came back today with my wife, who is very picky about pizza, and she ordered the same slice. She agreed it was one of the best she has ever had. The guy making pizzas does magic with the oven they have. I am usually skeptical of metal pizza ovens, but they got a perfect crisp on the crust and the ingredients were top notch. We also tried the broccoli rabe and sausage slice, the hot honey pepperoni vodka grandma slice, and the spaghetti with vodka sauce lunch special. Everything was fantastic, easily a 9/10.
The grandma vodka slice is out of this world. I live 40 minutes away but will definitely be back, and I will be bringing friends. Staff was super friendly and prices were very fair.

This place truly has a cozy, family feel! I felt so welcomed the moment I walked in, and the food was absolutely amazing. Their vodka sauce is unmatched I had a slice of their vodka sauce pizza with fresh mozzarella and a plate of vodka sauce spaghetti, both made to perfection.
The garlic bread and salad were also freshly made and full of flavor. This spot reminded me so much of my childhood growing up in my late father’s restaurant that same warmth, good energy, and love that you can taste in every bite.
Their passion truly reflects in their food and service. I recommend them 100%! I’ve officially found my new favorite pizza place ❤️

This place has some incredible pizza (grandma pies are awesome) and some really great pastas and sandwiches. Dana is always so friendly with my kids and they were amazing with a big delivery order for my daughter’s birthday party!!

Typically, I am hesitant to trust Google reviews. Most reviewers just give everything five stars or one star. Not many five star pizza places anywhere. The pizza here is very very good. Probably four star pizza however, as other reviewers mentioned, it is a very pleasant atmosphere and the prices are excellent. Making for a five star experience. Looking forward to coming here again when I am in town next.

The best pasta in town. Tried it once and never has disappointed. Chicken Marsala and chicken parm are amazing. As well as chicken shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. Suggested by staff and will absolutely recommend every meal I have tried. Penne vodka home made sauce is fire!!!! The staff and owners are the friendliest.

The penne vodka is amazing!! I had it with couple friends of mine and it’s the best out of the rest around Bridgewater there’s nothing like it, we also shared couple slices of the vodka slices and it was out of this world I recommend this place 100% and we will be coming back. We also had the Halloween skulls, mummy dogs, and the monsters the owners were so nice to give us a try of them all and we got a whole tray to go! they’ve been doing the skulls for a long time now and I can’t wait for next year already ❤️

I can’t say enough about this place, first I moved here Brooklyn and tried every slice in the area and Carlos has by far the best regular pie in the area, plus if you buy 10 over time they give you a free one, and the service , they are the definition of mom and pop who truly love what they do and want to help to make you happy, I think at this point we have tried everything on the menu and the vodka sauce is top notch the marsala is out of this world. we also used Carlo to cater our daughters first birthday party and wow it was amazing, I had family come from all over the country raving about the food, even my “only Brooklyn” has great food relatives loved everything from Carlo’s, we asked for the delivery to come at a very specific time and they delivered ! Im so happy we found this place ! I went for the food I keep going back for great service and family feel that I get from Carlo and his wife! they are the best!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The hospitality was beyond amazing, everyone was so caring and sweet. We ordered a large pizza, it came out fast, fresh and hot. Doesn’t get better than this. My new favorite pizza spot for sure !
