First, Carlos isn’t my go to restaurant by any means. I’m not a fan of their food. I think its bland. We went their with friends and they chose. However, the place is nice. Nice atmosphere and friendly fast service. Our waitress checked on us multiple times and was very friendly. There was an issue with one of our plates and I addressed it with the hostess that came over and helped serve our large group. She was very friendly and fixed the issue right away. If the food was good I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Love going to Carlos, service is good and the drink specials are even better! I really like the Navajo Taco, pictured below. You can get corn or flour chips and there’s super hot salsa you can get for your chips. And the queso is fantastic!

I came here for a catch up with a friend after church. Our server was training someone. They were both super friendly and the “experienced” server was knowledgeable about the menu. My food was delicious and we had enough help, but enough privacy, too! The food didn’t take long. MAKE SURE TO ORDER THE FLOUR TORTILLA CHIPS and QUESO! It’s muy yummyo! (or possibly mucho yummo…)

Not from the area, so first time. It was your standard TexMex restaurant. I did enjoy reading the creative names for their dishes. Reading the menu was a little overwhelming as it felt like a run on sentence. Gave 4 stars as there was no wow factor.

I have never eaten such bad Tex-mex food in my life. I had the pork street tacos, refried beans & rice. I ate 1 Taco which was burnt on one side & raw on the other & 3 bites of the refried beans. Those were the worst beans ever. A child could make better.
