Great little place that we found accidentally while driving from the shore. They have an extensive gluten-free menu with pizza, pasta, and even a few appetizers like fried calamari which was very good. I also had gluten-free eggplant rollatini but it was a bit bland for my taste. We’ll come back for sure to check out the pizza too.

We just had our son’s 9th birthday party at Carlo’s and it was awesome!! The kids loved making their own pizzas, and the adults had fun too! The pizza was delicious, the room was bright and cheery, and Matt the Chef was wonderful with the kids! Several said it was the best party they have been to! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday here and everything from the food to the service was amazing. The staff did a great job with setting up the room and the kids (and parents) had so much learning how to make pizza! Would definitely recommend having your next party or event there!

Just ordered pasta dishes for dinner but very disappointed. Spaghetti was way overcooked, chicken piccata was honestly the worst I’ve ever had and my wife’s veal saltimbocca tasted like cardboard. No flavor whatsoever! No side of grated cheese for the pasta and when I mentioned it to them, first excuse was that they don’t put it on the pasta because people complain about the dairy?! I responded that a side should be offered and not on, their answer to that “well then we’d have to charge for that”. No side dressing for the salad either and the lettuce is about the come alive and chase me down the block! A little side of oil and vinegar will put the business in the whole hu?! $20 a dish and right in the trash! Store credit he says lol, so I can get more trash to eat! Keep the money, call yourselves an Italian restaurant, what a shame!

Carlo’s is our go to restaurant for classic Southern Italian cuisine. It has an old school red checkered tablecloth ambiance. Today I had eggplant Parmigiano. I had half in the restaurant and took home the rest.

My sister had me order a gluten free pizza from Carlo’s Pizzeria. I ordered extra cheese and was charged nearly $27.00 for the 10″ pie!!! That’s ridiculous! The pizza crust was hard and tasteless.

Ordered back to back and i wished i took pictures of yesterdays feast instead of todays lonely lunch lol pizza is good , kids loved the chicken tenders w honey mustard.. caesar and buffalo wraps are delish.. altho i prefer the buffalo wraps more.. penne with vodka sauce also delish and thanks for accommodating my small requests !!
