This place is so nice. Since you entered you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is great and the decoration is beautiful. The food was delicious, the queso fundido for appetizers was amazingly good and the tacos all made very good and with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent, our server was Joel and he was very nice. Good prices and delicious drinks too.

Visited Carlitos Tequileria at the Palisades Mall. I ordered the passion fruit margarita but with sugar and tajín on the rim, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the carne asada tacos, which were cooked well with great flavor, and the crispy shrimp tacos, also very tasty.
Our server Melissa was good and attentive. The manager Ivan stopped to check in and offered to bring us a scoop of horchata ice cream to try since he said it was really good. We were surprised to later see we were charged almost $4 for one scoop that was offered, not suggested.
The banana flan with caramelized bananas didn’t taste like bananas at all, it was more like a regular cheese flan with sliced, very green bananas on the side, and which were not caramelized. It tasted good, but just not as described. After Dinner, we shared feedback with the manager and he showed lack of interest and brushed it off by shrugging his shoulders, which was disappointing.
Overall, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food was good, though pricing is a bit high on certain items. It was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

Happy hour is amazing! Staff super friendly, vibes immaculate. You truly forget you’re in a mall. Spicy Margs and fries appetizer were amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

I came here monday with my mom absolutely amazing staff was attentive and beyond my server Melissa was great, food was fresh & delicious as a former chef myself i can say so, drinks were good & prices were good as well, my only recommendation/ wish was that they would not cut the churrasco steak for better presentation and making the portion look bigger for the price point. Otherwise i definitely will be coming back & totally recommend this place ! Beautiful decor as well !

Food was excellent, and the service and attention was very good. It’s a new restaurant. It looked like some of the staff were being trained. Overall, a very good experience. The manager introduced himself at the end; which was a nice touch.
I highly recommend it. We were there on a Thursday evening. I am sure it’s a lot busier on Friday and Saturday nights.

Food was tasty, calamari was a bit salty but I’ve had worst… steak was very well seasoned, portion sizes were what one would expect… overall, worth the visit.

I went to go out with my family, I love the aesthetic of the place, service was great but the pina colada was too sweet and the wings were better than expected. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I’m already planning my next visit, I haven’t had food that was this amazing in so long. The services was great & our waiter was very attentive. The smoked pulled pork tacos were super moist and flavorful, my husband had the brisket tacos and it was just as delicious. My only complaint was that the margarita was a bit too strong ( was only able to take 2 sips), but everything else was amazing. I can’t wait to go back

AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! We had excellent first experience at Palisades Mall location. We ordered from Extended Happy Hour Menu, 2 margaritas, 4 types of tacos – Birria, Chicharron, Brisket and Fish which they grilled for us and accommodated our request instead of crispy. Thank you to Michael our server who helped guide us and deliver an outstanding dining experience. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place because the flavor, quality and portions of the food, the quality of the cocktails and exceptional customer service.THANK YOU CARLITO!
