Attempted to have an order delivered. Delivery driver called multiple times for address/name of business. Driver called from multiple other locations and left incoherent messages on my phone. The driver was extremely aggressive and threatening screaming he works for the fbi and he’s a computer major and I owed him and his boss money (despite the fact the order was paid for and he was tipped in advance). Delivery drivers verbal outburst turned over to incoherent babble at which point we asked to cancel the order and blocked his number. Immediately the pizzeria was contacted and said they would reverse the charges. Definitely do not feel comfortable with this man delivering or even being in a public setting will not be ordering again.

The only reason I had originally ordered here was because my family liked the pizza but as of the last few weeks I have received what would be putting it lightly as awful customer service and horrible human interactions. The person or owner over the phone is incredibly rude and likes to cut off and be little women when he decided because he was short staffed. He didn’t feel like delivering more than 5 miles away, even though we have been weekly customers for months normally I wouldn’t write a review, but I felt I had to because the way I was spoken to as a woman and someone trying to order pizza on speakerphone with my family was completely unacceptable and disheartening, and I really am starting to lose faith in our community. Honestly, I could say that nobody in my family will ever be supporting this business again and truthfully, I don’t think that could be enough. Please save yourself and order somewhere else.

Very disappointed with service. They messed up two orders on seperate ocassions that I placed through Slice App. Both orders were the same, Epenne with meatballs. First time, I received no sauce, they put bare naked pasta and meatballs in a tin. 2nd time, no meatballs. When called, I was told that I only ordered pasta, they blamed saying it said no meatballs on the app, which barely had sauce. I got a 5$ refund for it, but it overall ruined my dinner. Wouldnt order from them again.

Got take out tonight, pizza was delicious. We hold a pretty high standard for pizza and this definitely met it. My girlfriend went to pick it up and said that everyone was very friendly and there are many specials available!

I have been going here on and off since they opened. Never have I been treated the way I was treated on my last visit. The “owner” was very rude with an “I dont care” attitude. We called in a simple order of the Sunday special and asked for the buffalo sauce on the side because we have stomach issues and like to control the amount of sauce, and was told, “No problem.” Also asked for a side of blue cheese again, “No problem. ” Arrived to pick up to order only to find the wings were smothered in sauce. When I questioned it, the owner got real nasty and said “sir thats what it says on the menu. Take it or leave it, and it makes no difference. ” Needless to say, I was shocked by his response. Not once were we told that the order of wings couldn’t be changed. Besides, it’s not like we weren’t getting the buffalo wings, just the same sauce on the side. I believe he screwed up. It happens, and instead of apologizing for the mistake, he went off on the rudest rant while sticking his finger at the menu, telling me that’s the way it is. Needless to say, I called him out on his attitude his reply was that “if you don’t like it, just leave it. It makes no difference to me.” Trying to keep my cool with a famished family at home, I had to ask for the blue cheese 4 times before he went into the back to get with the I’m being inconvenienced attitude. The restaurant itself is a dump unfolded boxes on the tables, a lack of seating and a free-standing AC unit near the counter with a jury rigged vent that looks like its own health hazard and an uninviting atmosphere. Not to mention price manipulation and an extra 4% to use your ATM card. As I left, I told him this was my favorite place to go for pizza, and from now on, I’ll be going somewhere else. His reply was, “Good go somewhere else. I dont need you. ” It’s no wonder that this place of business relying on the public looks like it’s going out of business.

Multiple expired sodas in the fridge, but the workers were very nice and accommodating. Food was okay, establishment was boiling. Had to have been 80 degrees inside.

Terrible experience. Very rude on the phone. We order multiple pies at a time and now we’ll order somewhere else. The guy in the phone was yelling at me for calling to ask about the pizza. Took them almost an hour (50mins) Very rude, very disrespectful- no not recommended to anyone. Delivery driver was very nice
