We have ordered on his business quite frequently from my work. We never had a problem until recently, getting into an argument with someone that pieces were not dropped when both of the pieces were all pushed to one side. Argues with me and tells me that neither one of the pizzas were dropped during transport and they arrived here on the table that they’re sitting on just like this when we opened them up we tried to catch the driver he just kept going I called and they basically told me they’re going to do nothing about it. Very poor customer service definitely will not be using this place any more! Food is it and this is the condition it gets delivered in and they do nothing to make it right! Definitely stay away From this place, unless you’d like disappointment

Carinis has been a staple in my family for years ! My
Brother from Germany orders at the Pasadena carinis as soon as he lands in Maryland ! It’s the only place that makes cheese steaks sub exactly how we like it ! Thank you Harry & all of the staff ! We were craving a white pizza and decided to give them a try. Best white pizza we’ve had in Maryland, and it was ready in only 10 minutes on a busy holiday! They were also very friendly and kind to our young child. Thank you so much!

Normally our “go-to” local place is 1978 New York Pizzeria, but as they are closed on Sundays, we were excited to try somewhere new. Ordered around noon before the 1PM Sunday football game, and a friendly staff answered the phone and got our order down. Arrived at the store 15-minutes later and everything was ready to-go. Love when that happens! Large 16″ Carini’s Deluxe was very good with nice toppings and was liked by our whole group (although also the most expensive local large deluxe pizza in the area @ $19). We also ordered a dozen CRISPY old bay wings ($13), which everyone agreed had a great texture and flavor but were also some of the smallest size wings we have received. What I didn’t appreciate is the 4% credit card fee that they charge that isn’t listed on their website (I didn’t bring cash). The two employees did not have and were not wearing masks if that matters to you. Overall the quality was good and great experience ordering and quick on-time preparation.

I ordered the roast beef and mashed potatoes. The roast beef is grisly and taste like deli meat. Mash potatoes are not real, they are instant potatoes. Time to try someone new.

First time, stopped in for a pizza to go. Service was great, veggie pizza, sat outside while I waited and the staff stepped out to let me know it was ready!

Interesting that they had custom order eggless desserts. Need to order ahead of time, sounded interesting and will try it out. Just wish they had products on hand or samples to try.

Been a long time since I’ve ordered from this establishment and man best cheese steak in pasadena! We usually order from Mr Wings. We wanted to try it out & We did delivery and only took about 20 mins (fast) presentation of the order VERY big portions and tastes FRESH! Cheese steak meat taste like prime. All in all great services!!
