Worst customer service! We ordered our lunch online at 11:24am it is now 1:13pm still waiting after 3 calls. No acknowledgement on their end for the delay, no credit issued and they did not allow for us to cancel the order that we are still waiting for. Cannot tell you if the food is good or bad since it has not arrived. We only ordered because someone said how good the food was. NEVER ordering again from this place!

I have been to this restaurant 2 times. The 1st time was 3 years ago with my husband. There was 5 lady’s behind the counter and none gave us the time of day. After standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge we were standing there to order another guy came in and was served right away!! We left, I gave the restaurant another shot yesterday I figured maybe I’ll order through the app and just walk in and pick up the food. I order at 7am the app said 735am it would be ready for pick up, I get there at 744am just to give some time for the order to be ready i ordered a small Avena and a Dominican Breakfast, 2 women behind the counter said the order had just gone through and I had to wait. Ok no problem, so finally the order was ready 805am. The lady asked how I wanted to pay. I had already paid when I ordered the food. She was just rude l, then she yells and embarrassed me saying that she dose not see where I paid for the food. Then a guy comes out the kitchen and dose the same thing if you don’t know how to use a app to take food orders that have been paid for prior to picking up then don’t have the option to buy food that way. Needless to say the food was not what I ordered and will not be given this place another shot, sad because we are supposed to support out local small businesses but when you do you get ignored bad service. Or have to wait to be seen to get a order!! It’s just not correct.

U ùOwner David is an incredible being. Cook and wait staff are very friendly. If you go in the morning please try the oatmeal drink its only $2 and u don’t need breakfast after that unless you really have an appetite.. mangu (mashed plantains) is the best better than any other restaurant.. but don’t belive me you need to go check it out for yourself. It’s inexpensive and highly nutritional and all around yummyyyyyyy

The workers there have a bad attitude. Every time when I call to order it’s always side conversations happening where you have to constantly repeat the order. Then you repeat the order and they repeat something completely different. The delivery wait was more than an hour and when I called for an update the lady was rude and provided no assistance. Their customer service is horrible.

This place is very disorganized… I have called a few different time and have been left on hold hear there side conversation. I order an green salad with chicken which their menu says its 6.95 When they told me the price it was 9.00. A green salad nothing on it besides some dry chicken. When I asked them for a updated menu with the correct prices I was cut off and told they do not have any menus yet. I have been trying to get a menu from them for over a month. I gave this review a 3.5 out of 5 star because the food taste good. Customer service I give them a 4 out of 10.

I ordered Pernil with the yellow rice and red beans. It was amazingly good. The passion fruit juice was also very good, a bit sour, but I like it. I will definitely come again.
