If i could give them 0 start i would!!! This owner is racist!!!!!! Treated my co worker like a bum!!! We work across the street and we used to get food everyday but the food quality went down so we stopped going, today she decided to give it a second chance and the food was not tasty. We went back to get the money back and the owner was there! Asked her for hot sauce packets and then yelled at her get out of my store!!! Very rude like she was stealing or something.As a Hispanic person this is very embarrassing i had to stand up for my friend!! You dont do that specially grown women!!! At the end of the day she paid for something she didn’t like. I work costumer service too but theres a line you dont cross with the costumer that was really mean and racist from her. Because she judge by the look and thats mean!!!! Then i called to tell her that what she did was not nice and she said she dont care about anything. Even if you feel its the costumers fault you are dealing with food if a person dont like it they dont like it period. She was never rude to you guys so why do you have to treat a person like that over $16 of food thats not nice. Worst part is that she is pregnant and you dont do that to pregnant women.
If you dont have patience to deal with people dont get a restaurant!!!

The soup was not that great for the price and the flan was DRY and way too sweet. I’ve never seen flan so dry and dark ever in my life. Absolutely awful. I don’t recommend going there

The food is good, no issues on my end. If you want a carabian fish & chips, you will be pleasantly endulged. I. Ordered breaded shrimp with fries and was very happy. I recommend it. It’s part of the Caridad food chain located in NY, so the dishes are the same and awesome.

What a pleasant surprise. I have always wondered how this restaurant is. I had the pleasure of trying it out during an putting and stopped by today. I ordered carne frita – made to order! And some cuchi frito yuuuummy!
They have delivery options too. Looking forward to trying out more from the menu!!

Great food , great prices and amazing service! The Pernil (pork shoulder) is phenomenal, the chicharon and casaba are my favorite,my son loves their chicken soup and lemonade.

^^This was my original review but now I have to update it , they must’ve switched owners and cooks , the food does not taste the same and the prices are not consistent. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant but I’ve ordered twice this past week and everything has changed.
