Seriously, love this place! The flavor of their coffee is superb, there are endless options, the fact that they have food (!!!!!) makes this place a stand out from all the other drive-up coffee joints. Online ordering and pick up was so quick and easy, I think I was in their parking lot for 45 seconds. Absolutely recommend for your easy morning, lunch, afternoon pick me up and snack option! Caribou, please don’t leave us!! We’ve seen too many coffee places come and go on this corner. Keep it up!!!

As many other reviews have stated, I’m from Minnesota and when I was moving here to Texas 12 years ago I was sad to leave my favorite coffee place Caribou Coffee behind. I even wrote to the company and begged for a Caribou here. Now my dreams came true! This is my taste of home and I will definitely be back many times over and over! This location was awesome and they were super friendly

Ok first of all I am a coffee fanatic. So hear me out. I am a dutch bros girl every morning dutch bros. However this afternoon I wanted a hot coffee afternoon treat . So I said ” let’s try this place” ( looking over at my dog knowing he knew we were on our way to get pup cup ) the menu looked amazing the food the drinks so many choices hard to chose from. I picked the campfire mocha. I had a dark chocolate covered coffee bean on top of my cup ” oh wow thats nice!!!” Took a sip and about fell over. That sip was like fireworks on a fall night with me wrapped in my lovers arms! So good delicious perfect temp. I actually never had a coffee drink make me almost hit a curb from sure heavenly excitement . I am glad I stopped! Also the dude working at the window was so friendly and had a very sweet attitude about him. It was an overall great first time. I cant wait to go back once this icy snowy weekend is over. Also my dog Steven demolished his pup cup. Here is a pic of the aftermath

I love Caribou so much been going since they’ve opened! Dana is my favorite barista! Her energy is the best, so sweet, and makes the best lattes! She’s also amazing with my puppy so bring your pup and she’ll give them all the love!!

Caribou Coffee is a new favorite drive thru! There are several drive-thru spots on this street, but not many offer good food options — and Caribou delivers on both. The food is tasty, the drinks are delicious, the coffee is strong, and the refreshers are actually refreshing (perfect for these hot Texas days!). So glad they opened in the area!

I went this morning to grab a coffee for the first time at a Caribou Coffee and upon arrival, I got into the far right lane only to see cones at the very end of the lane therefore needing to swing over to the left lane. These cones were not visible at the entry of the drive thru. I also did not see that we needed to order at the speaker box as it was my first time visiting this coffee shop and I thought it was like the other drive thrus nowadays where we order with someone outside or at the window. When I go up to the window, the barista said “you skipped our speaker box and hit the curb.” I laughed thinking he was being funny and apologized and asked if I could just order with him there. He said no and that I needed to return to the speaker box. There was no one in line, no one at the pick up window, no customers whatsoever. I asked him again and he said “no you have to swing around.” At that point, I left. I didn’t see why he couldn’t take my order at the window and instead of greeting me explaining “next time just make sure you order at the speaker box” he requested I go around. I kept driving down the road and saw a 151 coffee less than a block down, which I’ve had in other areas before and is great, with at least 15 cars in their line. I decided to stop there instead. I can’t judge Caribou on food and coffee, but if I had to choose due to customer service, I would definitely go elsewhere. I’d rather wait in a 15 car line than go there where it’s clearly empty and not busy for a reason.

One of the toughest things I went through when I moved here from Minnesota was giving up Caribou Coffee. When I found out that it was finally coming to DFW I was beyond excited! The service was great, the staff were very friendly, attentive, patient and helpful. The drink that I ordered was well made and you actually get what you pay for! Unlike when you go to let’s say Starbucks and pay for a medium size drink that looks like a small. I’m also very happy that you sell the beans!
I am really hoping that you are able to expand your locations. Northlake/Justin area would be a great option to setup another location! Just sayin 🙂

Worst customer service ever!!! We were trying to ask our daughter what she wanted and the guy named Evan I believe was rushing us even though there was no cars behind us and it was clearly slow. He said “are yall gonna order or not” rudely and when my husband was trying to order his drink he wouldn’t let him talk and kept saying repeatedly “Is that a large, is that a large, is that a large” all hostile. And just had the worst attitude I have ever seen and I am a manager at a hair salon in Keller and I have never talked to my clients like that for no reason. Even my husband is a shop manager and deals with crazies and was shocked by how this guy was talking to us. I get customer service is not easy, but being unnecessarily rude for no reason to customers is ridiculous. If he hates being a barista and don’t want to talk to people then work a warehouse job.

I was overstimulated and said “no” kind of aggressively at drive thru not shutting up about whatever to try I don’t even remember what that lady was talking about. And they didn’t give me the right drink and double charged me. (Once for a more expensive order) so they scam you and give you the wrong drink if you’re having a bad day!
