I stopped in again last night and my favorite barista Michael was working. He’s my absolute favorite! Don’t get me wrong the coffee is great but the service is even better. From the very first time that I stopped in to order coffee, he helped me decide exactly which Caribou blend I would enjoy the most. He is so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that I gave him personal recognition because he is the reason that I prefer that location. Keep up the good work Michael! What a treat, wonderful coffee and wonderful customer service!!!!

Not impressed with barista. She didn’t ask for perks number. And when I ordered my “large iced tropical green tea”, she asked if I wanted the “green tea lemonade or the iced tropical green tea”. I really don’t understand how I could have been clearer with my order. However, the drinks were made accurately and tasted good, per usual so product 10/10, customer service 4/10.
