First time at this location. Very quick, friendly service, and good drinks. Picked up a hot camp fire mocha and it was wonderful, like drinking a perfect smores. The strawberry banana smooth was flavorable and made with fresh ingredients. Definitely will be back. OMG, the ham and Swiss is awesome! 6/24 – still can’t beat the smores! 7/25 – the honey sriracha everything bagel is near perfection for a breakfast sandwich. Only thing I’d change is more sauce.

Good place to stop in town for a quick cup of coffee the bagels are amazing as they’re very few places in Grand Forks to get bagels be careful pulling in the parking lot because there are ton of exits from the stores and apartments around the area and it can be quite congested at times

I usually go to Starbucks, I have recently changed over to Caribou coffee. I think you get what you pay for and experience excellent flavors. You actually get coffee in your drinks no matter what you get and not just a bunch of cream and ice. Andes mint is my new favorite drink

I stopped to get a Turtle Mocha to enjoy while grocery shopping. I find drinking a sweet, filling drink causes me to purchase less junk food and less items in general because I’m not hangry. My Caribou has subsided that and my sugar tooth.

First I’d like to say Caribou is the best coffee in town. The staff at this location is friendly, fast and polite. Unfortunately, the coffee is made wrong at this location on a consistent basis. They have put dark chocolate in my coffee 3 of the last 4 times instead of white(which I asked for) Also, 1 of 4 had topping I didn’t want(asked it not be put on) and 2 of last 4 didn’t have Carmel on top. Just for starters. Please pay more attention and I’ll be happy to change my review.

Every one I have been to the people were friendly and the prices are average with the other coffee shops the caramel high rise to me is really good I recommend giving it a chance.

The only reason it got a star at all is because the coffee is good. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life!! I would NEVER recommend or return to that location. I came for coffee not to be demeaned, disrespected, or for the staffs bad attitudes.
