I love Caribou coffee and this location in Apple Valley, MN was superb! Friendly staff, clean, and calming atmosphere. They even have a little outdoor patio.

Very chilly in the lobby. Employees didn’t care. Tried to sit by the fireplace but they didn’t want to turn it on. Horrible parking too. Great lobby but they make it so chilly that no one wants to stay. Edit: no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms

I have been coming to this Caribou for a couple of months now. I love the bagels and I get the same Turtle Mocha cooler and I usually don’t have any issues. Well today I also bought a Cabin Bar cooler and as you can see from the picture not even drank from I got a large that didn’t even get a large. They filled about 3/4 ‘s full and the rest whip cream. I don’t know if that’s whats supposed to happen but when I order a large and pay the money for it, I expect a large.

I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru lane and my coffee was ready when I pulled up to the window! After my first sip I wanted to call Caribou and tell them how heavenly my drink tasted! I added chocolate to a standard drink and sometimes it doesn’t come out great but this crew made it absolutely perfect! Day made!
