Unfortunately, Caribou Coffee isn’t available in the Texas Panhandle soil decided to try it for the first time while traveling through Fargo, North Dakota. The Turtle Mocha was Outstanding!! I’ll definitely try a few other items on their menu before I resume driving to Montana. Visited on 7.9.2025.. Returned on 7.10.2025 and had the Mint Condition Mocha, which was Awesome!!

the last three times i’ve been here, which sucks because this is the caribou closest to my work and i frequent this location, my coffee has been given to me in the wrong size (smaller than ordered) and today not only was my coffee the wrong size and also made incorrectly but my breakfast sandwich i ordered was wrong. this is incredibly disappointing.

I went for a coffee and when I ordered through the drive through the lady speaking could not hear me and that the driver should order next time. I told her the driver couldn’t speak English. We pulled up to the window to finish my order and she said she was the manager and her name was Jenny and that next time we couldn’t go through the drive though that we had to get off and slammed the window and didn’t finish my order. Very poor customer service. As a manager myself I know that I would never treat anyone that way. Never. Awful experience.

Whoever has been taking orders/serving drive- thru has been one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll come back just for future interactions because it’s hard to find such great authenticity. Obviously, the turkey bacon mini and espresso shakers are amazing as well. Also the milk bar cookies are to die for!!! Keep being amazing! It’s noticed!!!! <3

Walked in to get a coffee. All the employees were acting like they were doing something. There were hardly any customers in this store. No one bothered to say anything “ like be with you shortly etc”. We Waited a while then decided the employees don’t know where their paychecks are funded so obviously we don’t want to stand around forever just to pay them for a job not well done. Turned around and left. There are other coffee places in this town. Try a different location first before standing around in the store waiting to be helped!!!

We’ve aren’t lucky enough to have Caribou Coffee in California, so I get my fix whenever I can. This site, as does every one I’ve been to, is filled with smiling, friendly, helpful people… and ah-mazingly smooth, delicious coffee! Not to mention an impeccably clean, cool atmosphere. I literally walked 2 miles from my hotel, two days in a row for this treat!!
