The coffee I’m having now is excellent. The location is perfect, the interior is beautiful. So why the three stars? Believe me, I would put it down to one star because of the strange staff member, who works in this coffee house and doesn’t know what a Cappuccino is. She also doesn’t know what a “Malted Mocha” is, an item that caught my attention on their menu.

What incredibly friendly staff. It’s super rare to come across unfriendly baristas, but the Caribou staff at this particular location are always pleasant and friendly. I typically stick to the same thing often but I try to get something new on occasion given how much of a variety Caribou carries with coffee drinks.

Every time I come to the Aberdeen Caribou they are always the sweetest workers! They genuinely care and today just so happened to be my birthday and the worker took the time to ask if today was in fact my birthday and she wished me a happy birthday and it means a lot just one simple comment! The best thing about Caribou Coffee is the atmosphere it gives off. It has got to be probably the nicest looking coffee shop in all of Aberdeen. It was really a very chill atmosphere with very comfortable seating and friendly service. Truly, this alone makes a coffee shop worth the time.

The coffee is delicious and the service is almost always really good! Only knock really on the place is the location because of their drive thru. The drive thru is a disaster to get through and if you want to go inside, parking because of the drive thru is a nightmare. Otherwise definitely recommend!

Advised of 2 separate orders: 1 – 2 bags Mahogany Beans. Whole. 2 – 2 bags Mahogany Beans. Ground. The speaker system sucks because I can’t be heard so I have to holler, giving everyone else in the lot my phone number. The order wasn’t correct and I didn’t notice until I got home that all 4 bags had been ground, not 2 and 2 as requested.

Me and a co worker went in for a coffee in the morning. We got a breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Unfortunately they did now have what we wanted so after we paid they said that they would give us another for the same price. I looked at my friend’s receipt and the original sandwich costed $1.30 cents more. On top of that they double charged the sandwich! When we asked for a refund they were extremely rude. After asking for a manager I had another unpleasant surprise! She was very unprofessional and rude! This simple misunderstanding turned from bad to worse! I highly recommend finding another coffee shop!
