My husband went to pick up coffees this morning (Breve & Latte), the store was not busy and they gave him 2 black coffees rather than our correct order but also charged the Breve & Latte prices.

Been in previously and each time have the employees at Caribou be very rude to me. (Same employees each time) Tried it again today and this time it was worse, gave me attitude and pretty much kept telling me I was wrong. I previously worked at a caribou 2023/2024 and know all the rules and regulations with drinks. Used my app that had a deal that gave me a free drink (this deal does not deal with my points) and she continued to be rude about it not showing up on her computer when it clearly shows on my app. Being a previous caribou employee, that service was horrible. Would not recommend.
