Awesome friendly service even talked to me and my dog at the drive through window. It was my birthday and I couldn’t get my birthday reward to work but the gentleman who was working the drive through didn’t hesitate and said he would take care of it for me on his end and also gave my dog a pup cup!!!! Best customer service ever!!! The girl who made my drink was also amazing and had a huge smile on her face!!!

Omg Starbucks could never taste this delicious and wholesome. I actually mindfully drunk a turtle mocha frappe, and matcha bubble tea. I had the Flatbread egg sandwich. U can taste the herbs and everything was great. Spent 20 dollars but it was worth it.

I probably visit this specific location everyday before work even sometimes two times a day. They know what my favorite coffee order is and it’s tastes delicious every time. The service is quick and the store always looks clean. The employees are very friendly. Caribou is always the best!!

Great and cheap but I got a double charge for some reason I’m using Apple Pay, maybe they can check the problem because it happen to me yesterday? Total was 23.49 but got charge 46.96, might be something wrong with the Apple Pay checkout.

Tonight December 5th 2023 at 6:58pm I pulled in and waited behind another car. The lady working yelled over the menu board that they are now closed. Nobody was behind me. I said at 6:58 pm . She said my clocks say 7pm. I said I made it here and have been in line before closing hours. She said well, it’s now 7:01pm. I asked her if she was serving me and she said No. I told her that I would remember that for next time when I don’t come back. She rudely said Ok……Bye…

I’m giving 2 only because on several occasions(at least once a week) I go to get my coffee before work and they’re not open when they are supposed to be and one employee is sitting in their car, I’m assuming waiting for the other employee so show up. Very frustrating when I am so excited to get my favorite coffee and I can’t. The staff is always very nice though.
