I stopped in today just needing caffeine, and instead I left with a full heart. One of the baristas, Raven, drew a little fish on my cup — a totally random, kind gesture — but it meant far more to me than they could have known. It reminded me of a beloved pet pufferfish I recently lost, and that tiny bit of thoughtfulness turned my whole day around.
The team here didn’t know my story, but their kindness reached me in such a personal way. Thank you for creating a warm, welcoming environment and for making a stranger feel seen. It truly is the little things — and this team gets that. ✨

I got the Just Egg breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good, the flatbread was a little hard though. Clean establishment and the music volume was at an appropriate level
for a coffee shop. I am glad Caribou serves a few vegan options including bagels, fruit shakers, Just Egg breakfast sandwich and the blueberry almond overnight oats.

While the employees are nice, they seemed confused on how to work the app with the register, but we figured it out :). Ordered my delicious bagel but staff was busy filling ice and other things to have any urgency. The one gal didn’t notice the food cook was on a break and didn’t bother to help while gone. Super slow. Get it together gals and work as a team, customer first then fill your sink full of ice. Thank you.

AUG2025 Drinks were great, perhaps not enough staff took quite a while to even a “we will be with you shortly”. It may have been faster Through the drivethough. There was no one else on line.

I went through the drive through to get a iced caramel crafted press. When i got to the window the lady was super short and rude with me and when i got my drink it was all ice and foam, barley any coffee. I feel like for $6 i should at least get more than 5 sips of coffee before it’s finished

Sorry – I couldn’t wait to take a pic! It’s too delicious! Definitely DOES cause happiness! This Caribou never disappoints. The drinks are always fab. Caramel Cooler is my go to. And the boorritos! The ham & cheese burrito is so freaking tasty! The bagels and cream cheese…. Oh my. Mouth is watering! Go get some!

I went to this location with my friends we went through the drive through and when I got to the speaker the lady was extremely rude to me, me and my friends wanted to do separate orders but she proceeded to tell us that “it would be inconvenient for me to do that can u just come inside” we went through the drive through because one of my friends tore her acl but we decided not to be an “inconvenience “ anyway and went in while she stayed in the car when we got inside all the employees were giving us all weird looks. When we got our drinks they tasted horrible which Carribou never tastes horrible. What a coincidence.
