coffee was fine, pretty average. the problem i had is with getting blue chalk marker all over my favorite dress. not sure why marker needed to be put on a cup full of cold liquid that has condensation on it thus making the ink run everywhere. now on wash 3 with this dress trying to get this marker out please PLEASE don’t use marker that runs on your cups

Quick and friendly service. Love to hear the chatter and friendship between the baristas. Awesome coffee and only once did it not taste like I wanted (it was a free drink tho so I let it slide). I’ve visited multiple times and I’m satisfied every time. My go-to for coffee!

Outstanding service!! Very friendly, bright, and cheery. Only one customer in front of me. Short wait. Quick in taking my order and offered me all the options for the three drinks I ordered. Very quick in making my order and the staff was quite busy addressing orders from drive thru as well as in-store. Very impressed with the service. Drinks made to order. No problems. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a coffee shop in a grocery. Very nice. Clean. Plenty of seating options. Very nice and convenient store. They do have drive thru too.

The manager Danielle is always the best at this caribou. I own a coffeeshop and would love to steal her to manage mine! Their food is always perfect compared to other caribous that I frequent. Everyone is always so pleasant and drinks are always consistent.

Who I believe to be the Manager is very rude. She has no customer service. She Rushes you off. And never uses any polite language. Younger staff is much more friendly. Also the quality of drinks vary when she is working. For example My green tea today is brown and not green. I don’t like to waste, but I can’t even drink it. It’s like straight sugar.
Maybe she’s nicer to other customers. But I don’t think women should be treating other women badly just because they are younger.
Overall I dread when I have to stop at this location.
