Several issues here. They were obviously short staffed, as only two people were working. Second! I understand that they were short, however slamming things down and showing that you are clearly angry is not the fault of the customer. I hate working short myself, but making others feel your pain is unprofessional and rude.

The kicker! I stood at the register for over 10 minutes and the staff completely ignored me, however every new car that pulled up in the drive thru got answered immediately. No acknowledgement, no excuses, but completely ignored even though they both looked at me. She could have told the drive thru customers that she would be with them shortly, but she focused as they were the only customers that mattered.

Out of frustration, I left and will likely never return to this to location!

In store customers matter too!!!

Always stop here on the way up north and today only 2 people…. I swear she made 9 drive thru drinks after taking my order at the counter. Seriously 15 minutes for a single coffee order. It was 1pm, so no real rush hour part of the day. Do better!!

When I ordered I asked if they had a light roast brewed, I was told “yes, we have daybreak”. Ordered that plus a chocolate croissant. They were very slow with the cars in front of me so it took close to 10 min for my turn at the drive up. I paid then waited another 3 min? The guy handed me my croissant in a bag then told me they only had dark roast brewed and the light roast would take another 10 min?? Keep in mind by now 13 min had already passed since I ordered it. I took the dark roast begrudgingly and drove off. Opened my bag looking forward to a warm puffy croissant and this is what I got. Literally looked like it had been stepped on or sat on and wasn’t warmed, in fact it seemed partially frozen?? Again, I had already waited 13 minutes and no they were not busy. Worse Caribou experience I have had and I go to other stores often!

I love this site. They have friendly staff and are prompt with support. If I could wave my magic wand and wish for one thing, it would be for them to have seasonal foods longer. They seem to run out long before the items disappear from the app.

I ordered two coffee beverages. One beverage is my favorite, the Matcha Tea Latte (I asked for the hot version due to the chilly weather). The second coffee beverage I ordered was the Ho Ho Mint Mocha, something new for my to try. I LOVE Caribou Coffee.

I always try to give places a second and third chance. Today I ordered a large hot caramel high rise skim milk. The cup felt very light when the driver handed it to me. As you can see in the picture the beverage isn’t full… I buy this same drink at other stores and it’s always full! They also didn’t use skim milk, I can taste the difference…
They were very busy and I understand that but if they make mistakes on orders they shouldn’t be working..

I’d give 0 stars if I could!!

Our last few experiences have been not-so-good.
This afternoon we came through I ordered a small cooler. She said $5.59. When we got to the window she said $6.15. I said you gave us two prices and she was rude. When she reached out to give us change she didn’t make sure his hand was out she just dropped it. Most of it went on the ground. She didn’t say she was sorry. And we couldn’t pick it up. There’s not enough room to open your door and we had a car behind us.
I wasn’t mean at all I just asked about the two prices. If that’s all it takes to upset her and make her be so rude she shouldn’t be working with the public.

Also a few weeks ago we went thru the drive-thru I ordered a caramel cooler. A young man was helping me. The drink he served was barely frozen so I took it in to get a new one. He was upset and not so gently threw it away and mumbled something to the lady he was working with while he remade it.
Again if this is all it takes to upset an employee they really shouldn’t be there…
They need more training if they think the way they acted was appropriate behavior.

I’ll probably be going to the other Caribou down the road… I don’t want to be treated like that!

Taste your drink before you drive away. No less than 4 times we’ve ended up with a latte instead of the vanilla latte we ordered. Otherwise, great. Love Caribou!

*edit* 8 months since the last time I’ve ordered from this store, figured it was time to give them another chance. By my surprise the same issue has occurred except even worse. Ice filled to an inch below the rim, couldn’t be more than a couple ounces of actual coffee in the cup. Second photo attached. Downgraded from 2 starts to 1.

Really tired of paying 8 dollars for a drink that I only get a few sips out of. Lay off the ice and give me more coffee for my $8.
