I am not one to make reviews especially bad ones since I know working can be stressful. But I am really thinking of no longer going here due to that the coffees I get (when they’re hot) always aren’t ever made properly. Depending on who makes it, it’s always different but it’s not even that reason why I’m writing this review, but because they never mix the drink! i always get those white bits in the photo whenever i reach the last quarter of my drink. It’s so unappetizing and I don’t want to waste my $6-7 for something I can’t even finish.
It’s just a mouthful of chunks, makes it feel like spoiled milk even tho it’s not.
It’s saddening because I know if they just took some time to make a drink (the line wasn’t long either) this wouldn’t have happened

I went to order two drinks and the middle aged lady (Lisa) told me to pull up to the window before I could even order the second drink! There was no line, only a car in front of me. When I received both drinks the coffee looked nasty and you could tell it was made without care. It also tasted nasty! I usually have a nice experience when ordering from this place but this time around I’m debating coming back. If I wanted bad coffee I could’ve made it at home. Do better.

I accidentally went here again but this time the coffee was made fresh.
“Hot” coffee was actual room-temperature. It tasted ok but was either a mistake or they were using up the old stuff.

I have never written a review about anything before but this was too bad not to and I would highly advise people to avoid going here. Waited 30 minutes at a coffee drive thru for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches just for them to mess up one of the coffees and give us a sandwich neither of us ordered that was cold and a muffin. Ended up leaving without any of the food we had paid for.

I would like to note my drink was great, however the midaged gal working today was very ill mannered and rude. I asked for no ice, because my teeth are sensitive (dumb ik). She very rudely said we don’t do that because of our portions. To which I said ok that’s fine *defeatedly* I get up to the window and she’s being very rude to her coworker while also making rude remarks about my order and slightly about me. I’ve never had this experience at caribou before. I always get no ice. I might also add she was mean mugging from the time she walked across to give me my drink to me saying thank you in my usual chipper way. To which I got no reply and a window sliding shut. Rant over.
