I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but the drink I got from here was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted from any Caribou, any coffee shop even. It literally was ice and energy syrup. There was little to no strawberry mango flavor and the drink just looked like ice in a cup that was barely blended. It was so vile I had to wait until it was melted again to even stomach it to get my caffeine for the day. Plus, when I came up to the counter the employees were on their phones. It’s just really unprofessional and sloppy service that didn’t look like either of them was trying even a little bit. Do better, like… Even 3% better would be nice.

The BOGO on Sundays and Thursdays is a great deal and a perfect reason for my boyfriend and I to take a trip to Caribou on those days! The coffee tastes amazing and the food is good too! However, they have had issues with a new system and haven’t let me pay with a gift card the past two visits. They need to get this fixed.

Service tonight was TERRIBLE!! The girl at the counter barely looked at us, she had to ask us 3 times to repeat our order, because she was busy talking/flirting with 2 male co-workers. Their conversation was very unprofessional. It took her 15 minutes to make 2 drinks, because she was climbing on the counter, standing on the counter, joking with the males! Also, the drinks were poorly made and I’m pretty sure we didn’t get oat milk in the one drink we asked for.
