I love Dany. Dany was so kind, and friendly. I tried two coffee and it was amazing. Thank you so much Dany for making me like both Caribou and Coffee more. It was such a good vibe being there. I visited on a Saturday morning and the drive thru was slammed. I placed an online order. The young man working the drive thru window was so kind and you could tell he was overwhelmed with how many drinks he was trying to get out. Still, he continued to be professional and was apologizing for orders taking a while. I wish there were more people like him in the world. Thank you for a great experience!

I don’t like the inconsistency at this location. Throughouth the last month the coffee has been very hit or miss.
Today I got a pumpkin spice and it was horrible. Not only was it hot when it was supposed to be cold, but it tasted like cleaning solution. We also ordered two other drinks and both were given as the wrong size.
Please be better because know the coffee here is good when done right

Great place! My husband and I stop here regularly. Not only do they recognize us and remember our drink, they go out of their way to make us feel special. Dani (assistant manager I think?) saw me in the lobby the other day and offered me my “drink.” He was so kind to notice that I was working and wanted to make sure I was caffeinated. They have definitely won us over!

Best atmosphere of a Caribou I have ever been to! Feels extremely cozy inside. Staff was very friendly and made my drink fast. I also went through the drive thru previously and service was also good at that time!

I don’t live here in the Mankato area but I cant resist Caribou coffees. This is the second time I’ve been to this North Mankato store. Both times now I’ve had really POOR service! This time we had to wait extra long for our order and when it came they were missing 1 item. Now having to wait again, feeling agitated and frustrated. She come back 5 minutes later and didn’t even offer an apology for the bad service. I would strongly suggest to people too use a different location.
