This place is always busy, but the wait time wasn’t too long. There’s plenty of space to sit a relax for a bit. The matcha was a little too milky and sweet for my taste but pastries are pretty good 🙂

The GM of the Kahler Caribou, Andrew, connected with the GM of the Rochester Subway caribou, Tamara, for an event where I needed coffee for over 100 people. Not only was Tamara willing to open her store for an hour (it was nearer to our event) but she had insulated containers that would keep the coffee warm for hours. Both Andrew and Tamara worked on their day off to make 12 1/2 gallons of coffee and 2 1/3 gallons of hot water, all before 7:15 AM! I am grateful to both of them. Amazing customer service!

Zach is such a great guy always has a smile always says good morning and have a good day. His customer service is out of this world. He makes a point to remember something about the people who are regular customers. I hope he receives some kind of employee recognition because I would totally nominate him. Even when it was busy, I got my order in a speedy fashion. The drink was just how I ordered it, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just like other Caribou Coffee shops, there are items to buy and seating. It’s really nice to grab a coffee when waiting for appointments or a pick me up! Recommend.
