My usual stop at this location because it’s convenient and great service. But this time my “large” looked more like a medium poured into a large cup. The gal taking my order had me repeat the size three times. I don’t understand how there could be a mix up.
The manager offered to make it right via email, but no thanks. After sharing a negative experience, I’m not comfortable going back or trusting what they might put in my drink.

Came through the drive thru here and their POS system was down. And yet, the employees were positive, friendly, and prompt. Even with the added challenge they got cars through the drive thru quickly and managed to process orders and payments and churn them out at an impressive rate. These employees should get some kind of raise or bonus, and whoever runs this place should be very proud of them.
And of course, my seasonal French toast sandwich and honeycrisp apple espresso shaker were delicious as always

They didn’t put chocolate chips on my campfire mocha, but other than that, my order turned out lovely and the service was impressively fast. They also have more armchairs than most Caribous I go to, which is nice. I walked in, but if you’re using the drive-through make sure you’re paying attention to where the entrance is, because their drive-through has a unique structure.

I’m a Boo loyalist… nice location. Friendly staff. Great food & drinks. We love Cariboo because they have more than coffee & tea for caffinated beverages. Our order was exactly as ordered. Lite ice & still water for our energy drinks.

I hate complaining but lately the baristas have not been on top of making drinks correctly. I also hate when I pay full price for a drink only to receive it two thirds full. I asked for no froth, I didn’t realize no froth meant to leave 1.5 inches of room from the rim. I loved this location because of how close it is to me. I would recommend going to a different location to get your money’s worth.
