Upon entry you can tell the staff takes care of this location. Entire place was very clean.
The staff and management was excellent, Very friendly and educated on the drinks! My drink was just as delicious as it is with any Caribou. Will definitely return!!

I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. When someone doesn’t know how to do something, that’s okay! You learn something new everyday, but don’t lie to me and tell me you can’t do something. I.e. when I order a drink a certain way, which I have done via the app and in person at this very location several times, telling me “we actually can’t do that.” So. Either you’re lying to me or I’ve been lied to every time I’ve ordered this in the past. Either puts this place in a very poor light. If the former, suggest management trains the employees to slow down and ask questions instead of lying to customers. I’d rather be asked to wait a moment over being lied to.

Gave me faulty hot cups. Bottom of cups were falling off. When I picked it up the cup completely broke from the bottom and coffee spilled everywhere. Tried to call multiple times to tell them so they stop using the damned cups but they never picked up. Wasn’t even trying to get a refund, just wanted to tell them so it doesn’t happen to the next person. Both cups are leaking.

Tuttle mocha nitro is really good! My order was there right away, everyone is so efficient, even thou can he line was long. It went kind of fast!!!

Great location. It’s much better than the one located off cedar lake drive in Saint Louis Park. Employees are very pleasant, I actually prefer this location over most others. They get my drinks correct, and if not, they’re more than willing to correct it. That says a lot. It’s one of my favorite locations.

I visited Caribou Coffee near me this past Friday, October 18, 2024. I wanted to get the Mint Condition coffee drink. There is not a dine-in option at this Caribou Coffee. The service was excellent! However, the coffee drink was poor at best. It did not taste like coffee. It was very sweet and I felt lethargic for a good part of the day from sugar overload. Not sure if I will ever visit a Caribou Coffee again.

The worst location ever. Never have good service. No one listens I ordered my drinks and asked to used my bday and instead they used my points. Been waiting on customer relations for a couple days to return my request but I guess since its not urgent they have no reason to get back to to give me my point back I have a screenshot of me having the birthday reward. Its very inconvenient when people don’t listen to what you are paying for or using an reward. If I had one closer to me I would go to that one instead.
