I went on 12/13 around 1PM. I only got one team members name (Mal) who was amazing. They were very friendly and efficient. Overall, the team was so quick and made quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Avoid Sunday morning at all costs. Waiting 20-25 mins is a bit ridiculous. Regardless if the time of year, they always seem to be short staffed and slow. The staff is friendly so that takes a bit of the edge off. But definitely don’t stop here if you are in a hurry unless you’ve ordered ahead and given plenty of time for them to prepare your order.

The employee was so rude and it was not a good conversation. He accused me of villainising myself when I complained about the women’s restroom which is their responsibility to clean. He was rude and just put up baseless allegations on me. He said his name was Tre and I don’t know if it was even a real name at this point. Change your staff. Especially him. He was creating a scene in front of other customers.

We tried Caribou delivery for the first time today. My husband was WFH, I was fighting off a bug, and we both needed a caffeine boost. We ordered a crafted press and a caramel something shaker at 3:49pm from the store that is 1.21 miles away from our house. We got a confirmation email giving an estimated delivery time of 4:24pm. A little longer than I thought it would take, but okay… and our drinks were both iced, not hot.
At approximately 4:10 (we weren’t keeping track of the exact time, since we didn’t know that would be necessary) we got a notification that our order was picked up and was on its way. Great! Even with another stop, the store is less than 5 minutes away, so a 4:24pm delivery time wasn’t out of the question.
4:24 came and went. Then 4:30. At 4:40 we tracked the delivery to find that the driver was directly across *the river* from our address. They finally made their way back across the river and delivered our coffee at 4:50PM.
I really can’t recommend Caribou delivery.

Stopped here for dessert after eating a delicious meal. I had the Iced Coffee Caramel Cold Press extra Caramel.. It was made just right. Customer service was nice and friendly. Our drinks were ready within minutes. Wait time was minimal. It was an overall great experience. Will stop in again sometime.

One of my favorites has always been the coolers, but I’ve been hesitant to order them, because they’ve often been poorly made (large ice chunks that plug up the straw. Whomever made mine today deserves a medal, since it was flawless.

What can I say? I tip on the services! When I order two drinks 1 hot campfire mocha and 1 Carmel cooler with no toppings, half the Carmel, less flavor, and an extra shot of espresso; I do expect them to be done right! I got the regular Carmel cooler whip as toppings! I kindly ask her that I didn’t ask for topping, so she goes to remove the toppings with a spatula and I told her don’t do that! Make another one, so she goes makes my campfire mocha, and she makes a campfire cooler instead of the hot one I order! Frustrating, so I ask for my money back and left! When you set in back on your cell phone and get the order but don’t check the specific of the order you make mistakes! It means the people working at this caribou have no pride in serving their customers well! If you can’t do this job, how well will you work in a fast past job! Tsk tsk!
