Stopped here before work. The drive-thru was packed so I walked in. The staff got my drink together quickly and sent me out the door. The latté was good, keeping consistent with other locations. The location is pretty roomy inside with lots of seating in case you’re needing to meet people or do work.

This is by far my favorite Caribou location! I frequently go out of my way for this spot because my drink is always made with consistency and love. It’s honestly hard to see some of the negative reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience with all of the employees I’ve interacted with here. The staff are friendly and observant. Great atmosphere for studying or chilling. They have excellent service too. You can have Caribou coffee or Argotea with Bagels. They have drive through service also. Recommend it. However, they don’t have full menu as their own store.

Staff here is awesome.! Place is very neat and clean. Food is really great, wide range of bagels and the crispy chicken sandwich was super. We asked for the toasted sandwich but we got the cool one instead hot but when we asked the staff lo warm it up and give but they made a new sandwich and gave it was really nice.!

If I could give them a zero i would. The coffee is horrible and the staff just want to argue. I honestly believe this is because im a clean cut, fit white male and I could just see the hatred. I should have walked out when I saw the list of each employees name with their preferred pronouns next yo the register. I just wanted a coffee but the individuals working here are horrible human being and so is the management of Caribou Coffee for allowing this in their store. I just went across the street to Starbucks and had a perfect coffee and no bs. I should also note at at 715 am Starbucks was packed yet this location had 3 customers inside it. Caribou even has the better location in this comparison.

Nice Coffee and Bagels chain, staff was a bit new so it was a little slower service. Otherwise a cozy place to grab Caribou coffee and some Einstein bagels.

I know it’s hard to get young staff members to care but it’s the little extras that make or break a customer experience. I ordered a coffee and an oatmeal- cost $9 in change, $10 something with a tip, which I later regretted leaving. When they brought my oatmeal, it was very watery, literally had 3 blueberries and a tiny amount of almonds sprinkled on top. I asked the staff to add a little more topping to make it a little more edible. So, they added another scoop of plain oats, just plopped it on top and didn’t even stir it in! I mentioned that I had meant for them to just add a little more of the toppings, not plain oats. I was then told “Oh we can only put a teaspoon of the toppings on and we are out of blueberries. Do you want some more almonds?” I said “sure” and made a mental note to not ever bother with ordering oatmeal from here again. Needless to say, it wasn’t the best oatmeal or customer service experience I ever had and it could have easily been solved with a genuine smile and a couple more blueberries. I guess that’s a tall order these days.
