The guy in the drive thru Saturday morning was great! Made my day! Then getting my drink from the lady she was so nice and upbeat. Drink was great, service was fast, and I left with a smile on my face.

I’m originally from Edina and frequently use this location due to its convenience. Today, I ordered a coffee and, during the tip process, politely asked the employee to extend the payment device out a bit further so I could reach it more easily. Her response was a deep, noticeably exasperated sigh accompanied by a look that clearly communicated annoyance.
I asked her calmly if I had somehow offended her and even apologized after tipping, despite feeling taken aback. Her only response was, “I don’t know,” said while making direct eye contact, as if the context of my concern wasn’t clear.
I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but this behavior came across as openly disrespectful. For someone tasked with handling customers, basic professionalism is expected. If that level of composure can’t be maintained, perhaps this is not the right position for her.
On a positive note, I did call the location and speak with the manager, who was extremely kind, professional, and responsive to my concerns. I really appreciated that.
However, I’m still left feeling uncomfortable about the experience. These are the kinds of moments that stick with customers and ultimately lead to negative reviews or lost business. My local reviews have over 150,000 views, and I take that reach seriously.
I’d appreciate a response, and I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the customer experience.

The Coffee shop is very cozy to study and meet friends , family ect ..what it makes it more nicer is that There are no Pics with frames of those weird creatures ..she/her he /him, they/them .. as other caribou’s in the area .. it look like well managed . we’ll do business again.

My husband and I both went this week and both times the orders were either inaccurate or just off, e.g. hot chocolate that was about 1” less than the cup size, even though a small was over $6!
I know they would’ve remade it if we knew while we were in the store, but it’s not easy to pause and open several cups in a busy drive through.
This is the third Caribou in the city I will no longer visit due to inconsistency. What is going on? I used to love Caribou. Now I feel like I’m taking a gamble whenever I go, which is disappointing.

It’s nice to have a well-designed, comfortable coffee shop in Edina when so many others feel cold and stale — especially the ones with drive-thrus. The service was great during my last visit, and the girl only had to scan my app once, which was nice because at most Caribous they have to scan it 2 or 3 times.
