Ok. So this was a drive thru, so it’s hard to put a lot of weight on ambience. But service was fast and my latte was delicious. I probably shouldn’t give voice to how much I despise Starbuck’s in a review about Caribou. But I have family in MN, and freely admit to conflating happy memories about my Brother and Sister in Law with great experiences at Caribou. The coffee is great, too.

I pre-ordered via the app and it was so quick and easy. My beverage was ready when I walked up to the counter. And the young lady who served me was very upbeat and pleasant.

This caribou is an enigma. If you’re reading this, consider going to a different location. It is very clearly not there. I walked all around it’s supposed location and drove entirely around the building to confirm that it is not there. It is not even listed as a tenant in the building. AND YET there are plenty of reviews saying that it is which is utterly perplexing.
Again if you’re reading this, do not expect to walk away with coffee if you drive here. I ended up having to settle for a cookie instead.

I love caribou. However, their drinks could be great or whatever depending on who makes it. It should be consistent but it is not. Also, lately I have had to go back to return my drink because they gave me the wrong drink. When made right I love their drinks
